Detecting his false amity is definitely fine. You would not know, even with the Force, that Shimera had contacted him, but the paranoia makes such an accusation make sense, and fits the character, so it is fine as well.

Personality: Not one to talk, generally letting his sword and melee prowess do the talking for him. Despite this, Joeda is very honorable, coming from a small village of warriors that often fought off slavers and pirates.
Biography: Joeda was born to Lord Voediset and a commoner women in a small village situated on the southern part of Dromund Fels. Voediset ignored him, considering him 'a bastard born out a fit of passion', forcing his mother and the other villagers to raise him as one of there own. The village was known for it's warrior culture and soon Joeda became a nightmare in combat, remaining undefeated in the village tournaments until he left. When Joeda turned 16, slavers raided the village, burning most of it down and kidnapping his mother. Enraged, Joeda took a sword and shield and set off to find his mother, defeating any slavers that dare step in his way via guerrilla warfare and brute strength.

He found his mother in the slavers camp set up a few miles north of his village....dying. Her last words to her son were nothing but coughs and a smile, before she died in his arms. Furious, Joeda set fire to the entire camp, burning any remaining slavers...and slaves with it.

His father finally noticed him after this, taking him as his Apprentice soon after. Voediset trained Joedaset in the way of the Sith, mostly using him as his enforcer and brute. By 25, Joeda had become a feared warrior, his swordsmenship unmatched by even Sith Lords. After Voediset died in his sleep when he turned 30, Joedaset took command of his estate, inheriting his fathers slaves, troops and fleet. He married a noble women named Gadina(seta), who bore him a son named Arguti. Arguti has grown to admire his distant father, hoping to one day become a swordsmen on the level of Joeda.
Lightsaber: It's purple
Midichlorian Count: 5,120 (He is a swordsmen, not a force user)
Strengths: Considered unstoppable in combat, Joeda has gained a reputation has a master swordsmen, who has trained himself in all seven lightsabers forms. He prefers Juyo, but is able to adept to another form when needed. Joedaset is also a good commander, his mere presence inspiring his allies to fight to their last. Joedaset is known as the "Lord of Regret" due to his ability to turn any pain or regret into a unstoppable berserker rage.
Weaknesses: Joedaset is a warrior, not a politician or spymaster. He is also easy to anger and finds it hard to make allies due to his abrasive nature. He also has many regrets and inner pain. Through he is able to control his anger, his rage, it can overcome him and lead to ruin for him...or the enemy.
Starting Location: Coruscant, hunting down Jedi and only Jedi. He refuses to kill anyone that is not a threat to him or unable to put up a decent fight.

Interesting, seems a lot like Zeres. I would make two adjustments-firstly, while 6,920 is fine, it is still in the above-average category for Force use. Second, it seems like he is very much a rage fighter-since he is lacking in combat weaknesses, I would modify the easily angered attribute to applying in combat, letting his passions control him overmuch.

Appearance: Short, thin, rather harsh posture, dark brown hair is braided, and tied back into her hair on top, creating a pair of loops. Tends to wear red eye paint. Noble face, but harsh, looks longer than she is.

Home world: Jurio

Personality: Extremely ambitious, exacting, no-nonsense. Values order, cautious, vengeful when turned upon, manipulative. Distrusting of people in general, she tends to believe that harshly inflicted order is the only way in which actions can be completed, in a Hobbesian manner. Paranoid.

Biography: Born on the Outer Rim planet of Jurio, Sertusa’s prospects were rather slim. Her single mother abused her, causing her to flee into the wilderness at the age of four, where she would surely have died if not found by her cousin. With nowhere to go, her cousin performed the nearly unthinkable action of smuggling the infant aboard a Jurian ship for his deployment. Though she remained hidden for some time, she was, of course, found, but the crew soon fell in love with the child, and she became something of a mascot of the rather ill-disciplined vessel. With nowhere else to go, she remained “in service” as long as her cousin did, generally remaining on the same vessel which she served as the morale booster of. In 3666, when she was only at only fourteen years of age, the Empire conquered Jurius. The military was disbanded, and the Sith began to search the planet for Force-sensitives. A partial DNA sample led them to the small hovel where she now lived with her cousin-upon the Sith’s arrival, her cousin betrayed her, claiming her to be the Force-sensitive, managing to trick the Apprentice sent to collect her. Brought to the Academy, her teachers thought her power only self-restricted, not absent, and she was drilled and tortured to “unlock” it, her small, but existent midichlorian count of c. 600, allowing her to do little more than lift a key, was seen as proof that something lay beneath the surface, but after nearly half a decade of the trials, she was cast away entirely. Sent to Dromuund Kass to work as a servant, Commander Verdrik, the commanding officer of the vessel she was aboard, managed to have her sent to the Imperial Academy instead. She showed a great deal of aptitude there, and moved her way through the officer’s ranks with surprising speed, owe in part to her Korriban-gained skill of curryinf favor with Sith, reaching the rank of Post Captain, and command of the Blade Eternal some time before her new assignment to Admiral Shae’s task group.

A remnant from the days of her training on Korriban, Sartusa carries a phrik-alloy vibrosword, one she regularly trains with. The blade is rather long for her height, being an Imperial duelling version of the E-10 Vibroblade, lighter, and designed for cutting.

Blaster Pistol
As per regulations, the Post Captain carries a stand-issue Imperial blaster.

X-12 Energy Knives
Sartusa carries a pair of hidden blades for emergency use.

Thermal detonators
Four thermal detonators are carried on her uniform’s belt.

Athiss Holdout Blaster
As an emergency backup, she also carries this small, hidden blaster.

Ship: The Blade Eternal, a Terminus-Class Destroyer. The ship is not notable, save for, ironically, it's oddly uniform nature-the vessel is religiously up to specifications and standards across the board.

Strengths: Highly analytical, excellent at currying favor, tactical mind, athletic, skilled in close-range combat. Midlly Force-sensitive.

Weaknesses: No charisma, actively disliked by her crew, sometimes unwilling to take risks, often unbendingly stubborn. Far too distrusting. Stature makes respect difficult. Mildly Force-sensitive
