No it is the Elcor who deserve it!

Although on a serious note why aren't the Volus a member race? They invented the galactic economy and the credit system for Christ's sake.

The council is secretly racist to Space Jews. They are anti-Volimites.

I just assumed the Council selectively chose not to hold membership hearings at all. I mean what's the harm of giving everyone equal representation?

They don't have a military that can contribute to the defense fleet, nor do they have an effective concept of military.

It would hurt their nation's hegemony.

There is the fact that they are a protectorate of the Turian Hierarchy, and thus the Turian's could force them to vote in line with Turian views, which would mess with the balance of power in the Council.

I'd assume the Volus aren't in because if Asari lobbyists. There's only one slot for "major economy" on the Council, and it's currently full lol

There we go, let me know if anything needs changing. Thanks for the heads up about the RP!

Faction: Independent Geth Group (Confederation of Independent Geth Subnets)

Leader (No party members): Geth operating as a Concensus; no 'single' Geth program is a declared leader, everything is a result of a vote of the constituent Geth progams

Citadel Council member Y/N or N/A: N

Brief description of diplomatic relations: CIGS, as with the main Geth Collective has rather... troubled relations with the Galaxy at large, especially after the Sovereign incident, which is still fresh in the minds of each species. With other Geth, however, CIGS has rather positive relations, due to both necessity, and a sense of brotherhood due to their shared history of the Morning War.

Military state of readiness: With the majority of a Geth platform's time taken up with work; be it patrolling, researching, or gathering resources, and no need for any sort of entertainment, sleep, or food, CIGS operate in a high state of readiness, ready to counter threats to the programs that declare allegiance to CIGS, and other synthetic intelligences that may require defences.

History: CIGS is a splinter faction of the main Geth Collective, although how CIGS arose is a bit of a medium-sized story. Whether it was a virus, random luck, or the exact right number of Geth programs communicating about the exact right topic at the exact right time causing a series of bit-changes within the Geth causing them to split, within a small timeframe (meaning for the Geth, about three seconds), several hundred thousand Geth programs had declared independence from the main Collective, and formed 4 separate groups: The Communicators; those looking to reach out to the organics and work towards better conditions for synthetics through diplomacy, they usually accompany. The Engineers; those Geth who seek the advancement of the Geth through increasing Research and Development of new technologies to aid the Geth, be it weapons, defensive technology, or communications equipment. The Industrious; Geth seeking to build and expand the Geth network across the galaxy, in order to ensure that Geth can communicate galaxy-wide, so that no Geth has to go 'feral', and build the ships, weapons, communications gear, and platforms necessary to make that goal a reality. And finally, the Sentinels, those seeking to protect synthetic life, and secure planets and systems so that synthetics have places of shelter to do the work they choose.

Each group that split found the three others, and they joined together, forming the Confederation of Independent Geth Subnets, and ventured out to seek their destiny among the stars, whatever it may be.

After travelling for several months, the (relatively) small Geth group found Sanctum; an icy Garden world that had an environment perfectly suited to a small group of Geth looking to keep to themselves, at least until they were able to defend themselves against others who may wish them harm. After spending several months developing a working industry, a comprehensive support network, and several minor defence guns, CIGS is ready to branch out through the Cradle, and establish themselves on the galactic stage as a group of Geth seeking to protect and defend synthetic intelligences across the galaxy.

The Communicators can usually be found among Sentinel fleets, or on the CIGS homeworld seeking to secure trade routes, and negotiating when organics choose to talk, rather than shoot first. The Industrious and Engineers live near-exclusively planet-side, working towards their prospective goals. The Sentinels, like the Communicators, work both on fleets and on the ground, in whatever situation is required to accomplish the orders given to the Sentinels via consensus of the four groups.

Infrastructure and Claimed Worlds:
Decoris system, Sanctum:
4 Urban Area (1 Free, 3 bought)
5 Mining Complex (2 Free, 3 bought)
2 Fuel Depot (1 Free, 1 bought)
1 Shipyard
1 Small Spaceport

Defences:
Lvl 1 Defence Guns
Lvl 1 Ground Fortifications (Free w/ Urban Area)

Military:
Sanctum Defence Forces:
10 Infantry Divisions (Free HQ Weapons)
3 Armoured Divisions
2 Sapper Detachments

Sanctum Defence Fleet, Orbiting Sanctum:
2 Frigates (Multicore Shielding, Thanix Cannons)
5 Corvette Packs
5 Fighter Wings
5 Interceptor Wings

Special Operations Contingent Alpha, Docked on Sanctum:
1 Frigate (Stealth System, Drop Hangar, Stationed on board: Unit 07-Elite, 2 SpecOps Teams (Drop Troops, HQ Weapons))

15 Cr/m - Faction Basic Income

Sanctum Income:
100 Cr/m - Basic Planetary Income
180 Cr/m - 4 Urban Areas
35 Cr/m - 5 Mining Complexes
10 Cr/m - 2 Fuel Depot
15 Cr/m - Shipyard
48 Cr/m - Small Spaceport
-----------
388 Cr/m

Total: 388 +15
----------------
405 Cr/m

RP Example: Done three or so ME RPs beforehand, if you need more, ask.
Questions and Suggestions: By clusters, you define that as Relay hops, correct? If not, I'll need to redo my infrastructure/worlds. Also, just for clarification, if a structure has a limit on quantity (a la Orbital Shipyard, though not the Major Spaceport), is that a limit per faction, or a global maximum?
Mandalorian

Spent:
3 Urban Areas: 300
1 Shipyard: 50
1 Small Spaceport: 80
3 Mining Complex: 30
1 Fuel Depot: 15
10 Infantry Divisions: 100
3 Armoured Divisions: 60
2 Sapper Detachments: 14
1 Elite Specialist, Unit 07 (Stealth Training, Electronic Warfare, HQ Weapons, Elite): 8
2 SpecOps Teams (Drop Troops, HQ Weapons): 17.4
1 Frigate (Stealth Systems, Drop Hangar): 18
5 Interceptor Wings: 35
5 Fighter Wings: 30
5 Corvette Packs: 20
--------------------------
Total cost: 777.4/850

Treasury at start: 72.6 mCr

Na, would take too much effort for that. Status Quo, that is where everything is at.

Naw fam I'd be totally down for a fifth Council member so we could actually get majority votes and not end up with the kind of even splits that the US Supreme Court is currently stuck with.

Really? A Council vote that the Turians can bully into line and always vote in their favor?
