Pretty much. Either we have a gritty, cynical post WW1 Reaper world with political upheaval, depression, and dictators rising or one with new species with 1000s of years ahead of them.

Point-in-case: The A Song of Ice and Fire Factions RP I tried. A few too many exploits available. The whole thing turned into a mess, and then I had a few major life events take place and the thing couldn't survive.. not to mention there were players which didn't understand how to RP in a factions game to save their life..

Just so you know, you don't know what you are transporting, I never said fighters, I said bulk equipment. They will be dissembled during transport.

Also, we are not an independent or off shoot colony. we are 100% under control of the rest of the hierarchy. I am only controlling one world in the hierarchy.

Other than that you are free to come and pick them up.

Reading the turian wiki it refers to "Primarchs" as in multiple. I believe that each world has a primarch but they all look to one other primarch. Let me see if i can find it.
