No, I just have the con that makes my naval production one month more because I'm primitive. I just have the credits to pay for someone to build my navy for me. So far, I'm outsourcing to Illium because they sent a good offer.

I offered...the Quarians(?) to upgrade their ships at something silly like 20% of upgrade cost (so like one credit per ship)

So I'll just throw it out there, loans are 10% to be paid back in 6 months, (increases by 5% every month after that), I'll build yer ships (and add upgrades to existing ones) for 20% of total cost - excluding any reduction modifiers.

You really think no one in the Salarian government itself wouldn't let this information leak? Trying to make a quick buck doesn't really make up for the potential alternatives if the Council found out about this, which would not be good for the Salarian Union.
