Strengths and Weaknesses:They have never seen combat, but are almost always combat ready.

Brief History since PoD: Continuing to breed disdain for the government among it's people, East Germany was a slowly crumbling state. After it created a State Council to run new Government affairs, their public offices were thrown into disarray. They have recovered, however, and are always on guard as East Germany watches the world change around them.

Well, you seem to be confused about the PoD so I'll explain. PoD is the point of divergence, in alternate history scenarios, it's where the scenario's timeline departs from our own. In this timeline the PoD would be 1963, so just write a brief history of your country after 1963.
