Weaknesses: the 310,00 tribal/militia troops are decentralized, and therefore are not a wholly united fighting force, being more separated into cells. Our weaponry is not of a splendid degree, and most newly manufactured weapons are hand made, we are lacking except with half of a single wing in any form of an air force.

I mean there strengths are pretty realistic, aside from their espionage bit, since they would be vilified by everyone but Yemen and some Syrian groups.

I would disagree in the regards to the espionage. The Islamic Republic had massive followings in nations such as Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Kuwait, and Bahrain in real life ( in two nations, coups had been attempted). I would expect to find a decent sized spy pool in the Shia minorities of the middle east.
