He walked over to the next building and repeated the process, finally coming down with two objects, one in each hand. There was a note on his right, and the destroyed bird in the other.

"It says here..."

It's funny you think a mechanical bird will stop me. But I must say, you do impress me with your technology, but expect me to wear gloves more often. And with that, I say you earned a reward, the next victim will be killed around 1 o'clock next morning around where this bird is. Pick a side to look on, because you wont see me otherwise, I assure you. If I see more than one Irregular out there, then I will kill elsewhere. And if there is no one on the street besides you, then you will be the victim. Have fun, I sure am.
