I think, at the time, Reatra's character had a PC device with the specs

For example, Buchail, my character, has a Reader with a bunch of specs, a universal powersource, and a constructor. Because he has the Constructor he can make deep well water pumps.

Oh no, I understand where his first inventions came from, and I'm not condemning you in the least- you have essentially the same loadout as my character. I just have an issue with him continuing to make plans for things like airplanes years after he lost the computer.

I mean there are certain things you should reasonably be able to make. Like swords armor etc. Hell even a mill or waterwheel or basic steam engine assuming your're an engineer or something. But what I found most egregious was a 22nd Century man would know 1st century botany

Well just slow it down then, remember this is 102 AD. It certainly isn't gonna be Utopia, and the rate your moving is astonishing. I'd at least have a disaster or two just to keep thing's interesting. Perhaps a revolt in the south?

Imagine yourself in the shoes of one of those Chinese people, how would you react? Could you even keep up with the pace that technology is moving? Keep in mind 100 AD people, they'd be more worried about angering the gods or spirits than wanting to operate a steam boat.
