Yes there is a legion in Crete, and most of Rome does believe he is a god... but not in the way you are thinking. It was held that once the emperor died he would become a god, and most people at this time believe that he is that... few people believe though that he is a titan, and one that lives in this mortal world at that.

Too late?... it's time travel.
Late is irrelevant. Really, you could pop up pretty much any where and me giving you a 30 second summary will get you up to speed. Come on man![]()
This one is a lot stronger than the one first time round.

Weaknesses: Prone to rage, Loner
Tech brought back ( must be able to carry all three on person at the same time; only 3 things): Ares Armor, Constructobots, The ZephirThe Ares Armor was the last pinnacle of military technology before wars were finally over with. This extremely lightweight armor was extremely great at what it was meant for. The armor is virtually indestructible in regards to hand-held weapons, water, fire, and even weapon fire. Though it was never rated to handle explosions and large amounts of force like cannonball. It covers all parts of the body, except for the face, although the helmet has a visor which can be flicked down in order to act as sunglasses. (Better versions had HUD software in them but Vaz never got that kind.) The armor is quite comfortable and has many pouches and pockets to carry items.Made by the Alta Corporation, this suitcase holds within it a large amount of nanobots that can take an item at the atomic level and use it to build other items at the atomic level. The Suitcase is powered by a small nuclear powercore. This was in use in order to get rid of the need for construction workers. The Zephir is Vaz's pride and joy. It is a shortsword that is made out of an extremely durable, sharp, and nearly indestructable alloy. (Thus he can build no others of these) The Zephir is able to convert solar energy to charge the alloy of the sword allowing it to cut through any metal up to steel with ease.
Personality: He is a man who rather doesn't like his fellow man much. He finds them horrid creatures and thus he doesn't seek friends. He is more of a loner, but he has no qualms of pretending to be something he is not. He is prone to rage though, this problem has caused him to harm many people before, and was one of the chief reasons he left the modern world.
Where are you landing?: a few miles from Constantinople on a hilltop

I figured that this rage-induced person kept his stuff when the last of the wars stopped, you know in case he ever felt the need to go on a rampage in Utopia.Anyways I don't think he'll ever be able to become a big leader as his subjects would probably try to kill him as he tries to kill them. Anyways feel free to try and get him into your army if anyone of power meets him.

Rome: Cristo is god-emperor and has a legion of rifle-armed elite men.
China: Cuprum helped China defeat the Mongols but got exiled and then staged a coup with guns.
China-California: I used nanobots to get rich in China then built a giant ship to bring colonists to California and make a diesel/steam powered San Francisco.
Crete: I dunno
Africa: Some guy is making a town with future tech.
Rhodes: Tried to be independent but Cristo messed them up and now the leader is in Scotland.
India/Himalayas: G-Tech is being a dick to the natives with future tech.
