Fokker of being homosexual, and Eberhardt went after them for gossiping (Fokker is also heterosexual) they then (since they used Eberhardt's profile picture for Fokker) recycled the ad to go after Eberhardt, and spammed it every other page or so. Eberhardt eventually sued for libel, which is still in court-but in the debate, the moderator asked about the ad, and Eberhardt's homosexuality, implications there, then, in his next question, made a grammar error that made it sound the same. (He said "What is your position of Eberhardt as a homosexual candidate) without the comma needed to separate the clauses. Cross then implied he was homosexual in his response, and Breckenridge might have, I cannot recall, but now Gaerester is doing the same. It was kinda funny, and I suppose it remains mildly amusing, but it seems there is a nationwide conspiracy to prove that he is not heterosexual.

At this point, I'm wondering if AFVC was just some guy who wanted to troll this RP, and actually ended up having lasting impacts on it.

The Twenty-Eight amendment is currently going through Congress, and looks like it will pass, the states seem like they may go with it as well.

I think Cross and Eberhardt are more similar than Cross and Breckenridge, with a mild difference in foreign policy, and more budget focus for Eberhardt, which the Carolinians will like. The issue is that minorities tend to have lower turnout in elections in general, and certainly in Republican primaries-the Evangelical vote is the key here, and that is likely Eberhardt's.

South Carolina may have a large minority population, but only 4% of South Carolina Republicans are non-white.

Garestaer: I believe in religious freedom. I don't care if one is Christian, Muslim, atheist, Buddhist, or whatnot, but, no religion permits the marriage of a same-sex couple.

That's incorrect. Many major religions support same-sex marriage.
