But then again, have I come to expect anything else from you?

I'm not gonna say that wasn't where the idea started, because a lot of this is imagery and ideas I've had stewing since Outbreak.

That said, I actually did create this because I wanted people to have more freedom than a typical RP, just because the overall lore is pretty loose.

It's not like NML where every region of the United States has a government, flag, national anthem and preferred breakfast cereal.

Reminds me... How unfortunate we are that we haven't got to see the Abominations show up in NML Thaw...

Perhaps we could bring them over here :P

I really do need to include more NML references here and there. Kind feels like I'm missing the boat on that one.

I remember the edginess of my posts around that... sheesh, but it does make me a little nostalgic about the Walking Men :P

Eh, I'd like to say I'm insane, but a lot of this stuff just pops into my head when I listen to music.

Which reminds me, I really need to use a "flesh opera" at some point.

The last sentence of the first sentence contradicts the second, which in turn contradicts the forth, which by proxy is a contradiction of the fifth, and therefore resulting in overall contradiction.

Ergo, pancakes.

I'd put money down on that. Every one of my characters is either a Deckard or a Paulson at this point.

The Paulson change is just because I've moved down a generation.

Course most of the inner workings of my mind are a mess of tactical knowledge and strategy and useless crap. I like to think I'm a very militantly inclined individual.

A "Jennifer", more accurately. She's really just a Woman with No Name. Whether or not there's a connection is irrelevant. Or it's not. I dunno. It's really whatever you want to believe it is.

Indeed. I'm just more inclined to come up with weird shit. This RP is a great way to get that out of my system and see what really works and what doesn't.

Evidently, mushrooms that [NO] people [GROSS] in their [STOP] with [NOPE] to death is a definite winner.

I've seen some shit. Not that kind of shit, but some shit. Not much really fazes me so much as makes me stop and question my notions of reality a little before continuing on. Funny that I find this RP.

Course I could also have put in a different uh, character. Would've been a lot more interesting.

Let's just say I've developed a certain characterization skill that let's me take a certain liberty a lot of the newbies in RP try out a lot during their first run-throughs. Only I do mine right whereas they get all touchy over their's.

HA! No, you really can't do an edge-lord character well unless they're not liked well.

No, I actually have been told on more then one occasion that I can really write myself well as a character.

That's the trick. I write what I know because I know me. I also know that I am human and make more then my fair share of mistakes. I also know that I writing me as a character is a character. People can sit there and mock the character, but whatever man. It's no skin off my back. Plus it let's me really get into more detail.

See, I've found that I can usually get the imagery and the overall themes down, but it's making sure characters stay consistent that's the problem. It's not as bad as it used to be, but I still catch myself changing someone's personality by accident here and there every so often. It's one of many things I have to wrestle with to actually make a good post, ya know?

Yeah, it's tough. My main thing is having to make sure everything's in order and I'm not doing shit I'm not supposed to. At least if you RP yourself you've got most of the work done.

Course you're on about the military characters and despite me being, well only paramilitary, I'd probably have to off Hawkins in exchange.

I don't really have a problem with military characters, only that they tend to be every hack-tacticool-butt's choice, even when better options are available. They have their place, no doubt, but previous experiences with people that used them have somewhat colored my opinion. That said, you've put a good twist on it by making Hawkins unstuck from time and what not, which is more than I can say for some of the characters I've seen.

I mean, shit, at least his RP doesn't have "Cerberus Dead-Eye".

*shudder*

And besides, I Game of Thrones my characters all the time. Constantly. Now I can murder everyone's characters on a whim like an angry god.
