Dubrovka, the Chapel isn't a settlement, it's an actual chapel/church near Moapa that's now collapsed, and everyone's getting ready to leave.

Dubrovka, the Chapel's collapsed, although it did that a fair few pages ago and I think before you joined, so it would be easy to miss.

There's also two trucks near the Chapel with everyone who is near the Chapel in or around them.

Just use Google Docs or Word. Definitely less risk of it getting deleted, and if you want to check the BBCode you can copy and paste into a NationStates posting box and preview. I mean, that's just what I do.
