I'm going on holidays for five days starting Sunday (day day day). I'm writing a post to fill some of that gap and excuse my addiction to Total War and Overwatch.

Appearance:

Jon is a man of average build, not outstanding looks and average height. He has short cropped Brown hair and a pointed nose. His only outstanding feature are his eyes, a dark green that can be described as almost cat like. He usually wears a tee shirt under unbuttoned military fatigues in bad conditions.

Personality: While not actually cowardly, Jon feels extreme guilt and PTSD over the fact that he abandoned his friends when they needed him the most. Jon is also very opportunistic, able to see anything that could be used to his advantage.
Biography: Jon was raised in a suburb of San Francisco to Isaac and Isabel Carlton. As a child he excelled in his studies but he had few friends due to his awkward nature. Although he dreamed of being an engineer and going to MIT his family was in dire financial straits by the time he graduated from High School but fortunately, seeing him for the intelligent man he is, he was recruited by DARPA. Becoming a junior researcher at the Groom Lake Facility. But he doesn't know more about the zone than the average scavenger. When the numerous portals appeared in and around the Groom Lake Research Facility, Jon and a team of researchers were tasked with trying to find a way to seal the portals. But Jon ran away when he saw the monstrosities that were appearing around him.

It was at this time that Jon was stuck between a Rock and a Large Face, he either escape the Zone and be shot for knowing too much by the MPs or he stayed in the Zone and be exposed to the numerous anomalies and monstrosities that was contained within its borders. He chose the latter. Since then he had become a scavenger, and made allies with the junk folk.
