Hey Gres how's it going? I'm in need of a new Rp. So before I start my app I was wondering if its alright to bring something like a Wolfenstein: New Order Nazi into the zone via a disruption of sorts. He wouldn't be a super soldier just a run of the mill redshirt so to speak.

It's going quite well. The RP has given me a chance to go absolutely apeshit in terms of ideas. Personally, I'm a little surprised it took this long for people to start apping weird characters, all things considered.

It is a pretty slow-going RP, if I'm honest, but it's moving at a decent enough clip for people to stay up to date.

Regarding the character, I don't see any reason why that wouldn't work. It would just need to remain a regular bloke, rather than some Deathshead super-soldier.

It's actually not really a plot device. I wanted to have a place where I can expand the universe with supplemental material.

Similar to the SCP Foundation Wiki in the sense that it'll give people who want to read it more ideas on how the universe inside and outside the Zone works.

Besides, I like this universe enough that even when the RP ends, I intend to keep building on it.

I hadn't really thought of anything like that, but I can certainly see the idea of something like the Graboids from Tremors coming after a group.

Admitedly, I have been a little slacking in the bestiary department lately. I'll attempt to rectify that tonight.

EDIT: Most of that was actually written in a couple hours, honestly, and I did a lot of it on the fly. I'm going to try and keep it updated with more stuff, mostly because I don't feel like I've fleshed out the world beyond the Zone very well.

It's really just "here's a weird, unsettling thing that happens in the Zone sometimes".

Does it have any bearing on the RP? Not really, no. I just like the universe and want to expand it.

He had to get special pills to deal with it, but they were very expensive. He had to get a job and eventually and abandoned any dreams of collage. He became an officer of the law. Giuseppe worked for awhile until the day came. They called it "The Zone". They managed to evacuate people, but his mother. She went missing and they couldn't find her before they had to seal it off.

He worked off the pain for awhile until he learned that the government was allowing people to go into The Zone as long as they get a cut. He immediately left his job and took what he had on him from his job and some supplies and headed down to The Zone. The government let him go in and cleared him of the crimes that he committed to come to The Zone. He walked down a road until a vortex appeared. It sucked him in and then it was silent and black.
