Um... I don't know, come to think of it. I mean, Kyoko would be several hundred years old since she was originally conceived anyway(I can't say born because she wasn't) but appearance-wise she'd probably level out around 21. Don't know about the other kids.

My mom had three kids, my grandmother had three kids, my great-grandmother had three kids...

It runs in my family.

I mean, 50 years is a long time. Six kids wouldn't be out of thr question per couple, but their gods, so meh. Xavier, on the other hand, is Catholic, so I'd say closer to 38-42 of them.
