However, kinda OP.

So, I have some questions, and yes, this will effect if it is accepted or not.

He is slightly more powerful than the nearest entity, right?

Ok, that's fine. The question is, does he get their powers as well?

That's not fine.

Le'ts take Ryu for example.

Sure, he can be slightly physically more powerful.

But Ryu can still drown him. That's a decent way to balance it,

Also, no power negation or limiting, so the second power will have to be cut.

As I told Ran, he does not get their powers. All it does is remove some of the countless limiters on his power, enhancing his physical and magical abilities.

Edit: He has also yet to discover his non-physical abilities, since he has not yet gained enough power to use them.
