Limiter Removal - His power is limited to be only slightly greater than the most powerful being nearby him; it can even enhance the durability of his body. If the strongest happens to be a child or infant, his abilities will instantly be reduced to just above what they possess; it would cause him to have difficulty trying to preform simple actions like lifting an arm, or even cause him to be unable to move entirely. When alone, he is reduced back to his base strength, which is the equivalent of the average human teenager. Even with the slight edge, he still must adjust to his newfound power, giving the other a temporary advantage.

Limitation Inducement - He can temporarily limit the power of a single person by fifty percent, but it will also lock his limits to the one he reduced.

Chaos Manipulation - He can manipulate the chaotic forces of the universe, allowing him to toy the minds of others and give him a variety of special attacks. Sadly, his control over the force is limited to that of the strength he possesses at the time he chooses to use the power.

Age (Teenage Years): 18

Origin: He is a god born from the darkness that exists within humanity, possessing the destructive power within it. So, in other words, he was no more than an ungodly creation spawned from human nature. Yet, he wasn't the malevolent entity that one would expect such a being to be. He only fought when it was necessary, using his abilities to keep him alive through various street fights and bets. Sure, it may have been wrong, but it is was necessary for him to survive.

RP-Personality: He is playful and kind-hearted, often refusing to turn his back on those that need help the most.

Anyway, I have the feeling that Lumi will get where the idea for the powers came from. Other than that, I'm basing him off of the kind of god a close friend of mine would like to be.

Also, it's not like he has the ability of the Eraser... I left that one out, limited the limiting, and put a weakness into his main ability.

No, not at all. Unless you're able to literally just be a lot meaner, you're going to get beat. Now, can he copy their powers when he gets their level of power, or is it just his own powers? Because either way, it's not like he doesn't have his own abilities to fall back on, giving him not only a significantly wider arsenal but a more powerful one. If he can't copy powers then I understand. I still don't like it, but I can't say that it's overpowered. I'd say its definetely on the line though, as the chaos thing seems to be pretty variant in its capabilities.

I don't know, I wasn't involved in that wedding. Maybe Xavier? I know I read a book series once where at the very end the three couples that had been being built up throughout the whole thing(much to my irritation) got married all at once, but two of the grooms were best friends so they had each other be the best man for their respective weddings... somehow it worked.

So, I have some questions, and yes, this will effect if it is accepted or not.

Ok, that's fine. The question is, does he get their powers as well?

That's not fine.

Le'ts take Ryu for example.

Sure, he can be slightly physically more powerful.

But Ryu can still drown him. That's a decent way to balance it,
