As you say, modern China is not the most lovely of places.
Unless there isn't global thermonuclear war, in which case they're all in the same boat as the rest of us.
Even if there is, I think it just means that a lot more Chinese than Americans die. Nukes aren't a plague, killing about the same percentage everywhere they go.
Just sucks for any China player now..
Hey your back! The PRC did screw up the nation though and your kinda left with no water but hey look on the.. Bright.. Side.. No the military was kinda crushed to pieces and regions such as Tibet are demanding liberation.. At least you have Beijing! Which is covered in deadly pollution..

The Triumvirate sounds good
Besides, I would only meet in small group's the whole point of a secret society is to be secret, giving speeches to parliament is not exactly secret

Other information: Their position in the Caribbean between North and South America has earned them the nickname "Gateway of the America's" because most trade in the America's goes through them. This is why they weathered the financial crash better than others, although they still felt the blow with the collapse of the dollar and peso. However, they are one of the biggest economies in the America's today Us Other Americans disagree.. because of their cash crop-based trade and the discovery of oil deposits near the Cayman Islands and Cuba. Well considering the nature of Caribbean economies I don't really know why your position helps unless we need to pay tariffs to you now? If so then screw that I am going to Central America...
Military Info
Army: 2,000,000. 3000 Artillery, 300 Heavy Tanks, 700 Light Tanks, 150 Attack Helicopters.No.. Just no... Severely lacking information and not using proper military terminology for things.I assume that those 'Heavy Tanks' refer to main battle tanks and the 'Light Tanks' refer to either systems like the Scorpion or a Fire support based vehicle to which it is kinda wrong. The Cuban military does own a large number of T-55 which by now are all useless in modern combat but you can still use them if they ain't broken down! If you had to buy new then I doubt you could buy new unless your grabbing surplus T-72. The attack helicopter thing is also weird as for all I know these are all just civilian helicopters that were weapon strapped. I assume you mean dedicated attack helicopters to which this means you have to be funding and supplying them all again unless your running around with old hand downs..
Navy: 3,000. 8 Battleships, 1 Aircraft Carrier, 15 Submarines, 20 Cruisers, 3 Helicopter Carriers, 150 Fighter Jets, 50 Jet Bomber, 30 Marine Helicopters Nope.. Nope,. The above one was just confusing but this aint even possible.. Your economy is officially tanked by now.. I should say that battleships are useless in terms of modern combat and with 8 you are seriously screwed given the maintenance costs and such. The Aircraft Carrier I am denying right now and will not accept here by any means. The Helicopter carriers are even more weird and assuming your running cruisers that means even more cost! Oh my head hurts... Just no.. You arn't some glorious nation of money in fact your military is solely dependent on Cuba for men, equipment and facilities and not to mention that you need to spend a lot modernizing and rebuilding.
The bombers I don't understand and with all those jet fighters I am only imagining a bunch of older Soviet aircraft such as the SU-25 and Mig-21 running around and rusting away. I could go on but as I mentioned before Rnclave says I need to keep it short and sweet.
Other Info
Brief Description of your Economy: Built on a vast trade network and the regions heavy focus on Cash Crops such as Tobaco and Sugar. The discovery of large oil deposits off the coast of Cuba and the Cayman Islands boosted their economy, with the American nations no longer having to rely on the Middle East for their oil and instead getting it straight from the Caribbean.
Goals: found a revived OPEC to regulate the worlds oil trade, reforge relations with America and Brazil, maintain and expand the Federation.
History: When the United States fractured, Cuba was faced with an unprecedented refugee crisis. Millions of Cuban-Americans, hoping to escape the war-torn nation, sailed back to Cuba in droves, and the country, not able to turn so many back, was forced to accept them. However, these migrants brought with them the ideology of the United States and the Free World. The idea of liberty and democracy spread like wildfire, and soon the people of Cuba realized that the Castro regime was not the saviors they claimed to be. Cuba experienced a relatively bloodless revolution That was put down by the Cuban armed forces. where millions marched into Havana and demanded democracy.Oh no they are marching! What will we ever do! Cuba, now called the Free Republic of Cuba, Nevermind... turned its attention to the island of Dominica. Haiti and the Dominican Republic had been ruled by dictators feeding off the uncertainty caused by the economic crash, Or their own economies and Cuba's went to shit. and the new FRC decided to stamp out totalitarianism in the Caribbean. Haiti and the DR fell to Cuban troops, No one cared too! It was great! and true republics were installed. However, the people of both nations decided that rather than risk another dictator rising to power, they should join with Cuba. This was the beginning of the Federation. The Bahamas, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, Belize, and Turks and Caicos, which had formed the Caribbean Commonwealth after the collapse of the Commonwealth of Nations, When did the CON collapse? signed the Caribbean Economic Association agreement with the Federation and Puerto Rico, which had established its independence along with the Virgin Islands(which was a commonwealth of the former commonwealth, ironically). The three, in 2039, decided to unify into one nation due to the popular support of the people in all three nations. The discovery of oil near Cuba and the Cayman Islands Of course...only re-inforced this decision, as the economy of the Commonwealth and the Federation boomed on the new oil trade. Here comes cheap Canadian oil to screw with Cuba! In 2042, the Caribbean Federation was officially declared in Port-au-Prince, the official capitol of the greater Caribbean Federation of States. Although we are only a year old we are already a major economic power... No reason we just are now....
