Feel free to app for a Tibetan rebel group. Given that the Chinese have gone full lebensraum on the Tibetans and the Uyghurs, I'm sure there are plenty of them wandering the Himalayas and slowly being killed off.

There is always the possibility. Since EU fell, it affected UK's economy in some way so Scotland could forced themselves into independent. I'm not an OP, but I see no reason why Rnclave would denied them independence.

Actually it could happens to provinces/states who want independence such as Catalonia and Quebec as well.
