Oh boy just finished updating the apps, now listen closely and a few things are going to be explained...
1. I know you guys like your big shiny toys, but keep in mind that on the actual grounds it is going to be 10 soldiers (length) by 20 soldiers (width) column marching down the street. If you want a reference and how it will sort of work, watch this video. Infantry first then ground vehicles and then aerial vehicles. Also here is the list from the 2015 parade. Here is chart that I use for unit organization. They will be walking down a long street, here is a picture for reference.
1a. First its the Marshall, then the Royal Guard units.
1b. Then it is the foreign contingents.
1c. Then it is the domestic contingents.
1d. Then it is the same thing but with the vehicles and without the Marshall, foreign and then domestic. Lighter to heavier vehicles.
1e. For the foreign contingents parading will have to be at least company sized and a maximum of three companies are allowed. If it was unlimited it wouldn't be much for the Ostian parade then? Also they would be there for more than an hour and 30 minutes which is the time-table for the parade.
1f. Order of appearance for foreign militaries at the moment (tell me ASAP) starts from those who participated in the Highbreed War to the newer nations. Tell me what units will be participating and I'll try to get an in order to appearance up.

2. The Displeoa Exercise is a series of wargames and competitions between various militaries
2a. Each foreign country participating in it must bring at least a squad, and three companies at max.
2b. These exercises will take place in Neu Dresden, fifth planet away from the sun in the Ostia system and the exercise grounds for the Royal Guard.
2c. Each country will be given a fully furbished military installation to act as their temporary base of operations during the four days.
2d. These exercises range from small scale such as boarding actions, to large scale such as assaulting a town.
2e. OPFOR (The Opposing Force) is usually played by a contingent of Ostian Army soldiers. However there are instances of organizers having various militaries competing against each other.
2f. A few examples of these exercises is the Ultimate Warrior and Steel Clash. Ultimate warrior is self-explanatory, a single squad competes against others to see who is the best. Steel Clash refers to a vehicular competition but is restricted to battlesuit-like technology. In the beginning all vehicles were allowed, but it seemed like battlesuits had a better chance at winning compared to traditional ground vehicles. There are still vehicle competitions but Steel Clash refers to battlesuit duels. These duels range from one to one to team versus team.
2g. The purpose of these exercises is to facilitate and train various militaries against certain scenarios. Some outside observers speculate that the Ostians use these competitions to gain intelligence on foreign military tactics and train their own soldiers since they are the ones being used as OPFOR most of the time in large scale exercises.
2h. I also thought this might be a way for everyone to show off without going to war. Let's see how this goes.

3. The contract is out for the assassination of the bear and the phoenix
3a. The bartender is a npc but a few things to take notice of. He is easily frightened and is being paid by Squire to act as the facilitator. He tries to put off a tough-guy mantra but the moment someone pulls a gun he is hiding.

4. Once everyone has arrived at the Central Hall, they shall be moved into the mag-lift trains which will take them from the Starport to the center of the capital city where the parade is being held at the Old Imperial Palace. The Old Imperial Palace is now an administration center and opposite to the Imperial Palace is the Chamber of the Protectorate, this is where the Ostian Council meets and where the Galactic Concordant will meet later on.

The short version: the Imperial Species Commonwealth are two nations combined; the human nation of Spindle and the Taari nation of the Imperial Remnant. Gawain Vorr rules over the Commonwealth because he is half-Taari, half-Human because of his mother being heir to Empress over Spindle and his father being the Imperator/Emperor of the Remnant. He's a Hybrid/Tarus (Taari name for them) that has human colored skin, and green eyes of his mother; but otherwise, he has mostly Taari characteristics, such as no hair whatsoever, and snake or shark-like skin.
