The Highbreed at Aicury are going to be destroyed by a nanobot swarm. I'm not allowing them to be contained.

Uh, well, that's going to be difficult considering the Highbreed wouldn't exactly let any of your ships or weapons into their systems without permission, and they'd sense a trick a mile away. Plus, there's enough Highbreed wherein they could destroy the nanomachine swarm probably, using their own countermeasure.
Worst comes to worse, they have their native Warmind use its ability to EMP the nanobots into oblivion...

The Tufters literally only wear a few scavenged metal plates for armour. They rely on deployable energy shields for protection. They use radiation weapons to great effect though. Tufters fight mainly through ships and long range skirmishing if they need to fight at all. Generally the more militant Tufters either join the army as Scavnegers or Expedionary Troops, or leave the station and become mercenaries. Tufters main purpose as an ally would be to supply masses of scavenged material. Jahare is home to the wreckage of the old Tufter nations and is thus covered in Scrap metal and materials. That and the fact foreign ships and explorers and pirates often crash on the planet. So we can supply materials to our allies and adanced Space Station. We can also provide advanced radiation weaponry and skirmishers.

All that does is eliminate a planet... doesn't make the system useless. Plus, they had to retract a huge amount of their forces; enough Biomass and defenses wherein you can't guarantee Aicury's destruction. Ontop of that, Warminds tend to be moon-sized things of biomass, and are usually constantly surrounded/protected to the point wherein hitting their defenses at FTL speeds would only piss them off.

And besides, the rest of the Allies are probably going to agree to this little thing the Highbreed demand, so you not doing so would make the Allies less likely to help if the Highbreed on your end escaped simply due to the fact it's going to be munching on you, not them. Really, the entire point of containment is to keep the Highbreed someplace where they can be monitored and controlled...

Anyways, point is; not going to be easy to remove something that is too big to remove.
