Well, we also have a massive ringworld / factory type structure available for rent or whatnot. And give or take 1.9-2 trillion people of working age.

Considering we're only 17 billion strong I doubt we're gonna make a dent in that number. So if you have anyone to fill in the orange colored service types (It's color coded in my app- pg. 25) I'm sure we could work something out in the IC.

Technically speaking, the Allmind has no reason to expand or eat the galaxy if it is consistently fed on a regular schedule.

Sounds like the Corsevor race of Naretion. They eat meat and only meat. They ran out of meat on their planet and were found as a cannibalistic race. When they met The League they tried to eat them. Eventually they were pushed back to their planet and a deal was made. The other races of Naretion agree to keep the Corsevors fed by directing them to unintelligent lifeforms (and the fallen corpses of enemies during wars) and in exchange the Corsevors help fight Naretion's wars.
