I would think that there would be some animosity to them because they are Chinese, would be a stretch, but Pre-war Ghouls would remember the Chinese nuking America. Plus, they would be afraid of the Brotherhood attacking them or anyone around them. Just trying to get something going for the Chinese Ghoul merc I just said I hired. Could say he was from the West Coast and was a merc, none to the wiser.

The Super Mutant Johns was last generation that escaped into the Commonwealth to be tested on by giving the Institute's own FEV and he became a hybrid. He's the only one while he has about 7 or 8 different Super Mutants under him. Will that work?

Alright and word of advice: if you want to keep your army, don't cross the Brotherhood or Army of Anchorage. If you want to kill shit the Legion is at the REPCONN HQ. If you want friends, then you can align with the FRoM or the BoS or some smaller faction
