Um, I don't have a lot of troops actually. I started with 280 and now am down to 232 in total. Now that may sound like a lot, but considering all the dangers the Wasteland has to offer, with some pretty tough opponents and the amount of towns I have to garrison. This isn't nearly enough people to take the entire Mojave and keep it under control. I haven't gotten any reinforcements from the NCR Senate or anything, and am only making do with the forces left in The Mojave. It may be unpopular, but that's only due to the corruption in the NCR itself, not so much with The Mojave campaign as the campaign wouldn't have been disastrous if the NCR wasn't corrupt and put incompetent people in charge of things.
I have been accounting for things as I go. As the NCR should have thousands of troops still at it's disposal. However, my force is really small. And I'm trying to gain popular support back to get more resources coming into The Mojave.

This slows them down and maintains realism since advanced radio technology would be very rare and expensive. Perhaps a few suits of power armor could be modified to have them, but otherwise you'll have to stick with using a few radiomen.

Shepard has one in his suit of Advanced Power Armor Mk. II

yes, i know, i just meant don't pull the entire NCR Army to the Outpost, and it would also be unpopular to the sheer amount of men previously lost in the advance and withdrawal

Yeah, well that small legion group must've been civilians dressed in legion clothes because all of Kernan's men are at RepConn HQ and there is no reason for random legion men to head north when it is safer and a better recruitment area further south. In the future pay attention.

Just deal with it this once. Goddamn. I was confused about that as well but it's too late now

No, you deal with it for once, I'm not stretching the rules for you. You can't godmod and make him lose men, and you can't be unrealistic and make them legionaires, so take one for the RP and either nullify the posts or deal with the fact that the people you've shot weren't enemy combatants. Wouldn't be the first time lol (*hopes NAR doesn't get too pissed at that statement*)
