I thought that I could do that. I will delete the post.

You don't have to do that. It wasn't that bad, just avoid it in the future. Heck I had it open in another tab so I quoted your -deleted- post there and undeleted it for you.

Name: Morgan Berry
Age: 36
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Image

Political Alignment: A citizen of the FRoM, but politically neutral. Slightly against the Legion Remnants and raider gangs, but other from that relatively neutral.
40 Points to assign (Take Note that 0 = Extreme Weakness in Category, 1-2 = Below Average, 3-5 = Average, 6-7 = Above Average, 8-9 = Outstanding in Category, 10+ = Benchmark in Category)

Strength: 7
Perception: 2
Endurance: 8
Charisma: 8
Intelligence: 5
Agility: 6
Luck: 4

Skills:
-Charismatic and persuasive, with ten dollar words and a salesman's mouth
-Retired boxer, an expert in unarmed combat and a quick-footed foe
-Administrative business leader, that distributes work properly
-Popular, hasn't needed his vast wealth to gain his many business contacts and friends
Weaknesses:
-Paranoid, because of his many enemies in the underworld of crime
-Not used to guns, and a bad gunslinger in general. Wouldn't do well in a gunfight
Weapons: Silenced .22 pistol (on his lower left leg) and a pair of Golden Boxing Gloves (Not on himself, mostly).
Other Items: Has a set of suits, but prefers his clean white one with a red and black tie. Does not have more than 500 caps on himself usually, but has a turnover of much more. Wears a golden watch and sunglasses on warm days.
Bio: Born to a prostitute in the Omerta Tribe on the strip, fortune did not favour Morgan Berry at first. However, he was lucky enough to not be dismissed, and was raised by the Omertas like any other thug. Gomorrah opened a boxing ring, something that attracted many NCR soldiers. Morgan fell in love with boxing quickly. He would use all the time he could to practice in that ring, with the most heavy-weigthed gangsters to drunk NCR soldiers. Gomorrah would offer ridiculous prizes for people passing through wanting to face him, and people sure wanted to contest. At this point, Morgan himself realized that he was great at boxing, since the very prices for 'winning' against him were five-hundred times higher than what he earned in a year. The Omertas made him wealthy, but he left the Gomorrah after at the age of 24 for even better opportunites outside of Vegas. He would not find much, but travelled to Shady Sands in the NCR. He actually managed to convince the owner of a bar to organize boxing nights in the NCR capital. People came, watched and even dared to face him after some booze. They split the money from the night in two and became partners. This activity would be stopped by the police however, but after some agreements with the authorities they managed to get permission with a high tax rate.

Morgan would remain in Shady Sands for years, taking beating after beating as foes from all of the NCR came to win the favour of bettors. The soldiers were usually the toughest but Morgan's tactical play, endurance and agility made him an undefeated champion. Morgan retired at the age of 33, a broken man in need of rest. He was filthy rich, and looked back to the Vegas he had grown up in. He had only begun his dangerous travel back when the NCR army suffered defeat at the Second Battle of Hoover Dam. The Legion occupied the Mojave, and stained the Strip with the blood of those deemed unworthy of living. He stayed in a small town in southern New California during the FVA's war against the legion. After the Third Battle of Hoover Dam, he would discover a Vegas not ruled by factions but by a newly declared Republic. The Free Republic of the Mojave was impressive, that a democracy had reached New Vegas. Not everything was fine though. His mother and most of his Omerta friends were dead or exiled, and he had nothing but his caps, memories and people he knew to some extent. But he was lucky.

"The Tops", a former casino run by the chairmen was sold for an extremely low price, due to being heavily damaged on the inside and unusable government property. Morgan took the chance and spent most of his money on the huge building, the rest of his money going to an expansive renovation and personnel. With just a few floors renovated and running the Tops is the only major casino on the strip, has a luxurious newly opened restaurant and hotel rooms for a hundred people. Morgan Berry, boxing legend and entrepreneur in the FRoM with optimism towards the future.

Yeah, plus the 15% that I have to pay to Novac for the selling of armor since I'm using their land to do so.

Hey guys! So I was looking on the interwebs for maps of different game worlds because that is just how I roll. So I have found this map for New Vegas that seems pretty accurate. I am showing this just for reference for any 'big picture' maps you guys might make. I also thought it was pretty cool and wanted to share it.

The Fifth Enclave would be a faction that wants to go straight from the Enclave to a new USA, not go through a bunch of successor states. They see the FRoM as a disguise the Enclave Remnants are hiding behind, and see it as a coward's shield.

Well, the issue with your app in addition to what has already been mentioned is that the Eastern Enclave Remnants would've had no reason to flee to New Vegas, that we already have an Enclave faction, and we want more diversity in factions before we start bringing back familiar ones.

I'd like to point out that when the FRoM's Bureaucracy gets in order and becomes more efficient that your trading with hostile factions won't help your economic power in the Mojave.

Haven't trade with any hostile factions said Brotherhood of Steel and perhaps the occasional trip to Boneyard or Dayglow for long distance traveling.

That'd be very difficult. I'd have him be defeated in the Mojave and forced into Arizona where he rallies some more support. We'll add those factions to the map in fine time for you to RP with. But don't rush to resurrect a legion.

Well, right now that region is in very early canon development. What I can tell you is that it is fractured with well over 100 warring factions. Caligula will eventually rise in Colorado, a Texan Legion might form, and some tribes are migrating east and north, but in Arizona and Utah, the legion forces there are even more divided with successor states, city states and tribes all competing for power. The Lugii are some of the least likely to accept a new ruler. In time I'll add some states that would be looking for new leadership.
