Speech & Bartering (Charisma) - Being 50 years old brings with it some life experience. Being in an adolescence body brings with it an air of innocence. Together this brings some advantages when it comes to throwing people off guard or potentially getting away with things. Not all the time though.
Bright (Intelligence) - Despite a 4th grade education, he is quite intelligent. He has been able to pick up a few things from his adoptive father because of this. It is also why he enjoys riddles and puzzles.

Although that doesn't necessarily mean he didn't receive an informal education that was just as well, or that he's not bright. (Intelligence)

Bio (Minimum of 7-10 sentences and basic comprehension of grammar and logic): Sasha was born in Vault 13 on May 5th 2231. When he was 10 years old the Vault received it's all clear signal to leave and his father had him pack up his stuff to leave the vault. It was discovered that heavily armed soldiers were at the vault and security made haste to eradicate them. Three civilians were killed before being subdued. 1 of which was his father. Together he hand his mother were taken to the oil rig and from there they were separated. His mother was taken to test the serum necessary for Richardsons weapon, but she wouldn't survive. Sasha, while looking 8 at the time, was taken away to undertake testing for there anti ghoulification tests. He found that others were involved in similar tests. Taliyn being among them. These tests went on for sometime until in 2248 when the destruction of Navarro, he was liberated from the Enclave. Unfortunately, the damage had been done and while in the Enclaves custody the tests slowed his aging and eventually stopped it. An NCR soldier freed him from the testing chambers in Navarro and took pity on him. He took Sasha back to Shady Sands where he adopted him.

His adoptive father would give Sasha his surname, and although he was rarely home, he would often take Sasha with him to work. In 2248 he would witness the creation of the nationstate known as the empire of San Fransisco and in 2249 he would leave east with his father. Together they would leave and travel into later travel through the Midwestern states of Arizona and New Mexico before the legion could get there. They were to meet many tribes, and many good people. They also visited many places, like the Grand Canyon, and the capital of New Mexico where they were to meet an intellectual council of librarians. Many of whom would later be killed by the legion. The 2 of them travelled down the coast of Texas, actively avoiding the interior which had been rumoured by the coastal tribes to have been turned into a glowing sea of radiation. A place where 200 rads/min permeated and hordes of tribes of oil workers roamed. Or so the locals tried to scare him. His dad seemed pretty convinced however. The duo made there way around the coast of Texas, speaking and listening to the locals. Hearing about sea monsters in the sea, new pagan gods, unopened vaults, and abandoned ships. They would make camp by a run aground battle cruiser which had come ashore by way of temporarily raised sea levels and an Equatorial storm. Soon after they continued up the east coast of Texas and found New Orleans. There they experienced entertaining shows and nearly didn't escape from a cannabalistic cult. From New Orleans they travelled up a borderline and made camp in Chicago.

They arrived in Chicago in late 2250 and while in Chicago they ran into the Chicago chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel and the Chicago chapter of the Enclave. This was his first intro to the Brotherhood and his second time with the Enclave. His previous interaction with the Enclave had left a bad taste in his mouth. During this time his adoptive father seemed strangely torn between his dislike towards the cold war america and his pride towards aiding them in there civil war. In early 2251 they departed and made there way towards the city state of Ronto. Onto was powered by the Niagra falls power plant and was at war with the french city of Montreal. From Ronto they travelled to Montreal and visited the ruling council in Westmount.

The two would travel up the coast through Labrador and Quebec where they would find a few branches of the Canadian military. They'd continue up until reaching York factory where they'd come across the home city of a fur trading salvager nation. By this time they'd far crossed the boundary into nuclear winter and had to snowshoe and igloo there way through the landscape. The two would trek north through the tundra through Nunavut, NWT, and the Yukon. That is until they would finally come across Alaska.

In 2274 having reached Alaska they moved west and found a Kingdom dominating the northern oilfields. They traveled west from there and found vast empty planes save for hostile villages. Meeting hostility they traveled south and traveled further up. They discovered republican city states in Anchorage and Fairbanks which seemed to trade well. They found monarchists up in the north and south and found the chain of islands stretching to the Bering strait. Nuclear subs were frozen halfway in surfacing and more were sure to be beneath. They found the path to Russia and crossed the frozen strait. The eastern towns were running if barren so they returned to Alaska. They came across Fairbanks. It was a republican city state with evidence of trade with nearby city Fairbanks. As well as evidence of a recent Chinese attack. Coming south they met another kingdom which dominated the southern stream between Alaska and British Columbia. They left the kingdom into British Columbia in 2278 and descended south. They met a guild of miners, lumberjacks, and farmers, that had control of mainland British Columbia while also herring rumours of an advanced group with control over the island. His adoptive father ensured they promptly avoid the group who he feared might wish him I'll doing. They promptly made there way south through the land of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, zig zagging about, until In late 2280 they made there way into Nevada where his father joined the FVA.

and the nuclear winter wonderland of the north with his adopted father. In 2282 he later joined him in New Vegas.

No, it's 100% true, me and Alinora met up at NSCon in Montręål, Nebraska, it was the first ever NS Convention. So he comes up to me and calls me a wankfaced lunatic, and I said, "why would you go and call me that randomly man." He was like "I'm asserting my dominance." So I said, "Oh yeah? Assert this!" And knicked him in the eye. He fell down but did a backwards front flip and then countered by throwing his nary to throwing stars at me, one cut my thumb off. So now I'm slowly dying of tetnis.
