Political Alignment: Loyal to the western Enclave.

Strength: 7
Perception: 4
Endurance: 7
Charisma: 8
Intelligence: 5
Agility: 7
Luck: 2

Skills:
Motivator: Just like his father Dornan Jr has a penchant for long winded rants that put his troops into gear.

Extensive Weapons Experience: A life in the Enclave has given Dornan extensive knowledge with weaponry.

Diplomat: Dornan Jr, after a long time in the infantry, was eventually picked out for his way with words to become a diplomat for the the Enclave.

Connections: Dornan's father was a well known man and an eye was kept on his son. Since becoming a diplomat for the Enclave he has used the Dornan name to gather connections across Enclave territory.

Weaknesses:
Blindly Ambitious: Dornan is a man of ambitions. He knows what he wants and how he wants to get it but sometimes he gets ahead of himself.

Moral Ambiguity: Dornan at times has problems distinguishing right from wrong, most likely due to his parents being the Enclave old guard.

You're out of uniform soldier!: Dornan is know for his harshness and some troopers loathe to be under his command.

Weapons: Pulse Rifle
Other Items: Long Range Radio. Squad of troopers.
Bio: Dornan was born in the year 2241. One year before the total defeat of the Enclave on the west coast. By the year 2242 the oil rig was gone and the Enclave was in shambles. He was spirited away by one of the last vertibird transports out. His parents weren't as lucky and perished at Navarro. Orphaned, his life seemed grim, but luckily a man by the name of Captain Adrian Winters adopted him.

Winters raised him out east in Raven Rock. He instilled Dornan at a young age with hatred because of his stories. Though unintentional, Winters stories impressed on Dornan hard. Dornan was also trained by Winters personally making Dornan a superb fighter. Eventually Dornan joined the infantry and he was noted as an excellent soldier with a penchant for excessive violence. Though he never knew his real father, he did gain something from him. Dornan was just as brash and hard as his father. His speeches were known for their condescending demeanor and long windedness. Though they always seemed to inspire most of the troops. Eventually Dornan was pulled from the infantry because of this and made into a diplomat for the Enclave. He gained a reputation as a ruthless diplomat who gave no ground. Now he uses his talents to not only further himself but the Enclave as well.

Denied for now.

You should change loyalty to east coast as you said he is loyal to Autumns Enclave.

I am hoping to leave Dornan possibly alive for potential future interactions so that should be changed.

Navarro was fairly new in 2241 and it fell in 2248 from what I can tell. Seeing as the Ncr-Enclave war started in 2246.

You must not have understood the app.

He IS loyal to Autumn's Enclave, but that doesn't mean he wasn't raised in the West and retreated East.

Yes, but if he is more loyal to the eastern Enclave than the west that should be stated. If he was raised in the west and retreated east with the fraction that did, as some joined the NCR (to later merge or be hunted down), some dissented, and some became pocketed groups of resistance, than that is fine. But the dates should be changed to reflect this, as currently it sounds like he was shipped out at the age of 1 or 2 rather than 7 or 8.

He was brought East with Autumn Sr. to the Capital Wasteland, and was raised from early childhood by Winters.

See, if his Dad lived, that would not make sense either. The part about being raised by Winters that is, and to be clear, I am rejecting the premise that Arch Dornan died at Navarro.

Pacific, why did you post with Dornan without prior acceptance of him?

Ok. Thank you. That explains why he wasn't accepted in the OOC. Though I would like him to stop posting with Arch Dornan Jr. until he can update his app with:
- An Update of Alignment, or leave it as is to be more loyal to a western Enclave group.
- An Updated history where Dornan does not die and/ or leave him.
- Updated dates so he leaves in 2248 if he leaves at all.

It's pretty obvious that he aligns with Autumn's Enclave

Yes, but he is referring to it as the Western Enclave.

It's either Dornan Sr dies at Navarro or flees east. I thought it more fitting he stood against the NCR rather than run.

Dornan would die in battle - he wouldn't retreat

Poseidon Oil (pre-War)
Enclave (2241-2242)
NCR (sometime after 2242 to an undefined period of time)

Straight from the wiki.

Also if we know that the oil rig was destroyed in 2242 than this statement from the wiki you mentions clarifies things a little. In this case some years later is a bit vague but it certainly isn't the same year as the oil rig.

Sometime after the destruction of the Oil Rig, Autumn Senior led the majority of Enclave forces east. Some years after that, as part of the NCR-Enclave War, Navarro was assaulted by NCR forces in order to remove remnants of the Enclave from NCR territory.

Or...you know, flee to preserve a valuable suit of power armour and help in the rebuilding of the Enclave. He wouldn't just give up and fight to the death.

Again. Not Optional. This is a ruling, like the the no Brotherhood Airship that was recently voted in, no aircraft Carrier in Chicago, and the week long flights for vertibirds to travel from coast to coast.

It's not a helicopter, it's a tiltwing.

It's not a jet.

It is and it isn't. The Vertibird was made to be able to approach targets at fixed wing speeds and make a successful landing. It's both a jet and helicopter like an f-18 with VTOL. It's not as fast but it's definately not slow. That's why the rotors on the craft rotate to a forward facing position when in forward motion.

From Washington to Navarro it will be taking a week. Due to refuelling, breaks, maintenance, and other causes. Assuming the tank requires refuelling every 200 miles or so.

This has been argued in the past. The ruling has not been overturned.

Edit: I also realize though that that makes a Vertibird, long term, about as fast as a Zeppelin.

You guys are working on the idea that a vertibird is a helicopter. It has the workings of a helicopter but it is not one. The Vertibird, first and foremost, is a jet aircraft and is stated in Fallout Canon to reach the speeds of a fixed wing aircraft. You're talking hundreds of miles per hour here. Why would the military make an air craft that has to refuel every hour? They wouldn't. The Vertibird could easily cross the US on one set of fuel, otherwise it wouldn't fulfill it's role as an aircraft. Secondly the vertibird is to be used as a hovering gunship, like a helicopter. This includes being able to vertically land. So yes, you could call the vertibird a helicopter. But you'd be wrong.
