Political Alignment: Loyal to the western Enclave.

Strength: 7
Perception: 4
Endurance: 7
Charisma: 8
Intelligence: 5
Agility: 7
Luck: 2

Skills:
Motivator: Just like his father Dornan Jr has a penchant for long winded rants that put his troops into gear.

Extensive Weapons Experience: A life in the Enclave has given Dornan extensive knowledge with weaponry.

Diplomat: Dornan Jr, after a long time in the infantry, was eventually picked out for his way with words to become a diplomat for the the Enclave.

Connections: Dornan's father was a well known man and an eye was kept on his son. Since becoming a diplomat for the Enclave he has used the Dornan name to gather connections across Enclave territory.

Weaknesses:
Blindly Ambitious: Dornan is a man of ambitions. He knows what he wants and how he wants to get it but sometimes he gets ahead of himself.

Moral Ambiguity: Dornan at times has problems distinguishing right from wrong, most likely due to his parents being the Enclave old guard.

You're out of uniform soldier!: Dornan is know for his harshness and some troopers loathe to be under his command.

Weapons: Pulse Rifle
Other Items: Long Range Radio. Squad of troopers.
Bio: Dornan was born in the year 2241. One year before the total defeat of the Enclave on the west coast. By the year 2242 the oil rig was gone and the Enclave was in shambles. He was spirited away by one of the last vertibird transports out. His parents weren't as lucky and perished at Navarro. Orphaned, his life seemed grim, but luckily a man by the name of Captain Adrian Winters adopted him.

Winters raised him out east in Raven Rock. He instilled Dornan at a young age with hatred because of his stories. Though unintentional, Winters stories impressed on Dornan hard. Dornan was also trained by Winters personally making Dornan a superb fighter. Eventually Dornan joined the infantry and he was noted as an excellent soldier with a penchant for excessive violence. Though he never knew his real father, he did gain something from him. Dornan was just as brash and hard as his father. His speeches were known for their condescending demeanor and long windedness. Though they always seemed to inspire most of the troops. Eventually Dornan was pulled from the infantry because of this and made into a diplomat for the Enclave. He gained a reputation as a ruthless diplomat who gave no ground. Now he uses his talents to not only further himself but the Enclave as well.
Questions:

[****Keep For Tracking****]

Adrian winters is with the eastern Enclave. As is Raven Rock. Did you mean he was loyal to the eastern (Autumns) Enclave? Or the western (Castors) Enclave?

Castors got more land. The East, under Autumn, have Chicago fully, Washington, D.C. as an occupied city, and the pit as a city that is not annexed but may or may not be made a puppeted tributary, and the support of the department of energy. Castor has all the Enclave personnel west of the Offutt military base, and has support from British Columbia, Thunder Bay, and Nevada (FROM). Although a full on war between the factions is kept out of the question by the rules anyhow.

Well that's kind of misleading. He hasn't betrayed the Enclave, and he hasn't wimpered at the feet of the From. He has aided the From, who were led by Enclave born people, in its formation and growth. He helped them and befriended there leaders, and they helped him with knowledge and immortality among other things. Compromising and being nice to others isn't a weakness. Autumn has probably done worse things than Castor.

I'm going off the fact that since everything's gone to shit that it would be a while before the signal could find somewhere to ping off to Chicago.

Question. May the Portland Republic have several "AAA Emplacements", IE mobile mounts that contain, each, 4 Light Machine Guns in a jury-rigged fashion?

It would be like this:
http://warthunder.com/upload/image/Dev%20Blog/maxim/gaz_aa_4m_03.jpg
But, you know. Not on a truck.

The reason I ask is because one LMG does, per bullet, 21 damage. A Tesla Cannon does 80 damage per hit. All the fun stuff.

Indeed. When he finishes speaking with the Governor, he may or may not contact Sam, and then it's off to Thunder Bay to make his statement.

So far the 3 options seem to have come to:

1) Accept the offer
2) Counter offer with a bi-state solution
3) Refuse the offer

You'd be best off taking Option 1 so that the Enclave is completely united. Option 2 would just make it a Roman Empire situation where it was split east and west, and eventually fell apart.

Maybe a leader, but no everyone with a name needs an app. Background characters can be made on the fly.

He is correct. Named characters usually warrant an app.

It's fairly normal to rp your immediant underlings. Most other people, regardless of faction has historically been rped by an op or those who have been given permission.

Denied for now.

You should change loyalty to east coast as you said he is loyal to Autumns Enclave.

I am hoping to leave Dornan possibly alive for potential future interactions so that should be changed.

Navarro was fairly new in 2241 and it fell in 2248 from what I can tell. Seeing as the Ncr-Enclave war started in 2246.

Indeed. Although many an agreement and nation have been formed with that method. I think it's been called gunboat diplomacy?

Although I'm not too worried as Alinora clarified for me on pg. 91 that he was not trying to delete Castors history and replace him as the true president of the Enclave, but rather merely adding a "figurehead" in Chicago. Seeing as how a figurehead is defined as a nominal leader without real power, I haven't seen an issue with it. I am trusting his word and imagine that Autumn will be caving and not causing any trouble.
