I could be wrong but to my knowledge, for the most part, the vertibird creation project is hinging greatly on the participation of the enclave remnants known as Castor Dr. Keenan and Fred. Castor because of his knowledge of nuclear reactors, scientific knowledge, and expierience fixing vertibirds, Keenan because of his education and expierience with science, and Fred later to help train the pilots. Even if the blueprints were to be take without castors consent, which from his position in the chamber is a very real possibility, hardly anyone has the education needed to read effectively a pre war level blueprint and follow its instructions to the letter to build its objective. Even a minor mistake in the nuclear reactor of a vertibird would have the potential for cataclysm, as would mistakes in building power armour.

If Enclave Remnants are willingly cooperating with either faction, provided they actually possess the knowledge to construct such things, then I don't see why not. In this canon at the very least, however it should take an Extremely long time to manufacture one, let alone power it.

That's the plan, for it to take a considerable amount of time. As for fuel, they'd probably draw from Castors reserves though in either one of the Enclave refuelling posts.

Or we could fuel it with a fusion reactor.

Also, NAR, how would you know about my troop movements? You didn't post having scouts in the areas in which I was moving my forces. Seems a little but like metagaming to me. Additionally, I want you to tell me exactly how many pieces of power armor your forces have so I can add it to the faction info sheet. And FYI, the men I mobilized aren't near Primm yet, all I did was arm them and start them moving south. Please read other RPers posts more carefully in the future.

In addition to this, you said that you have 5 Knights and 2 Paladins in Primm, so your wall of power armor won't be that big. On top of that I don't see how in this time with seven fully trained soldiers and 30 initiates that you'd be able to create a minefield with barbed wire and warning signs.

Relax man, I nitpick everyone equally, I just nitpick you extra equally. As for the latter part about mines, I suppose that makes sense, but I'm now curious, how many mines are we talking about? I'd say I layed about 300 around Goodsprings using a force of 150 men. But that's fine. Thing is, I'm sending 300 men to secure the city who will be reinforced by upwards of 300+ men including a platoon of Spec. Ops, the reason so many men are being moved is to pivot the focus of my men towards the southern territory, but now that they're mobilized I'll be easily able to deploy them.

In Fallout 3, the Enclave used orbital weapons to destroy Liberty Prime. It is cannon that between the events of Fallout 3 and 4, the Brotherhood had rebuilt Liberty Prime and constructed the airships

To be fair, it isn't quite 2287 and a new charismatic leader is not in charge of the BoS at the moment, so pushes towards technological advancement might not be as big a focus for the BoS as humanitarian aid.

Don't get angry just because you want it all and I'm not letting you have everything you want. But reverse engineering an attack helicopter is easier said than done. You'd likely have to destroy several to perfectly reverse engineer it and then you'd need to ensure you didn't miss a single crucial detail or any new model could be faulty.

We have a fleet back East. I could easily say that it was done. I'm just saying, your limiting my faction based on the shortcomings of your own. That's not realistic. The Brotherhood is one of the Wasteland's most powerful factions with revolutionary capabilities. We may have power armor, energy weapons, and Vertibirds, but you keep ignoring the fact that we're still grossly outnumbered
