Not at all. Preferential trade status for Great Britain, the recognition of the land claims of Louisiana and Texas, and a guarantee that Mexico would not support any rebel movements that may occur in British territories.

I might need both. China is a big nation and I don't need to strong just strong enough.

Except that Britain is less likely to trigger a war in Asia against another major power. Except maybe Spain. And don't you think if I were helping China I would make the EIC halt the opium trade?

There are four major groups participating in the rebellion and upon success you can see the colony being fractured into three more more rump states with a Muslim sultanate in the south and a republic in the north plus independent islands. Plus im about to send a major force there for a unrelated reason so things are not as rosy for you as for the Mexicans.

I'd argue that Russia has a few benefits to the agreement.

-Since (If the war goes correctly) the Southern/Southwestern area of Austria will now be under the control of Russia, Russia will now be able to gain another route to the Mediterranean (Via ports along the coast of modern-day Croatia) as well as highly fertile lands (Modern-day Ukraine) as well as an abundance of mineral deposits (Also Ukraine)

-With Prussia to their West, Russia now has a buffer from any other bloc that tries to goes after them due to their actions elsewhere in the world, i;e Afghanistan and the Pacific

-Prussia (Due to the lack of getting their assess handed to by the French without Napoleon) is Europe's most respected military forces in Europe, and have them on their side would be more encouraging than the weaker Hanover

But tbh, Prussia, you are really in no position to call me weak. I have a much larger population than you, am fully industrialized, and have a vibrant industrial economy. I'm probably one of the biggest industrial producers in Europe at this point. Oh, and I have overseas colonies. What do you have?
