You'd need to write a history explaining how they got to power since 1795. Also, you can't have kicked the Portuguese out of Machau (Since they already claimed it in their app), and are still at least fairly drugged up on smuggled Opium. (Strong, unified, unaffiliated China too OP)

Basically I plan to rally people to my cause by distributing pamphlets, holding rallies, ect. This means I will hopefully not be made illegal for a long enough to gather support in government and in general society. At such point I will either turn militarist and rebellious or continue to push for Independence peacefully.
