Aw, we lost Peace? That's a bit disconcerting.

Any way, that's fine, I'll just rework it accordingly. I guess I'll run some ideas by you via telegram, that way I don't tangle up plot-lines.

Regardless, we need this...

Neato.

Btw, Jen ditched the Commissar cap. We can just say that Wolf is using Bill's as a trophy.

Essentially we dumped near anyone in Salida in Raton, NM for the winter and we're just gonna go from there. Mainly the goal is to get people up towards Cheyenne Mountain for the time being.

Name: The Evictor
Birthplace: LA, California
Ethnicity: White
Age: 42
Pic/Description:
Image
The Evictor's long, somehow naturally silver hair on a head of his age makes him stand out when he is not wearing his cloak.

Occupation: Swordsman, Walking Man Spokesperson, Fading Legend, Traveller, etc.
Equipment Decaying Smith & Wesson .357 Revolver (for when swords aren't enough, rarely.) 6 (loaded)+12 rounds loose. European-style two handed longsword (carried on back underneath cloak), and one-handed shortsword (carried on belt, underneath cloak), both regularly maintained.

Immunity: Full

Personality: Like the Vagrant, the Evictor is outspoken and warm, but even more so. When the three Walking Men were travelling together in their prime, the Evictor would often handle whatever socialising was needed to get them to their goal. Unlike the Vagrant, he is less open to genuine friendships and acquaintances, preferring to keep his two from chlidhood and only acquaint for the Walking Men's benefit. His words are quick to turn sharp at rudeness or arrogance, although the Evictor is a little too confident himself. He is slightly jealous of the Vagrant's superior swordsmanship, but he keeps it well veiled as he thinks it’s petty.

Skills: The Evictor is an adept of swordsmanship, although he does not quite have the ability that would be considered masterful like the Vagrant. As the main ‘talker’ for the Walking Men, he is very able at the art of conversation, manipulation, pretence and defusing situations, although he often prefers to see things go up in flames.

Likes: Practising swordplay with his friends, his friends, cynics, long treks, preferably along long dusty roads, naivety
Dislikes: Sleeping without a sleeping bag, sheet, etc., arrogance, rudeness, Order survivors, belivers of their old legend who get it wrong.
Fears: That the Walking Men will split again, that Order resurgents will find them again, that their infamy will return, and Gifted sword users.

Bio: Born in the same city as the Vagrant, the Evictor was fifteen at the time of the Break. Before the chaos, his family lived semi-comfortably in one of the outer suburbs, where he enjoyed a reasonable education in a private school, not too far away, one the family struggled a little to finance. This was not helped by his father’s eccentric collection of expensive European swords, which was a tenuous subject in his house. His mother, for years before the Outbreak, was a friend of the Watcher’s mother, leading them into a childhood friendship.

During Day Zero, the Evictor had been at his school, where he soon panicked and returned home to find his parents one of the Infected, displaying the symptoms that were the initial stages of T-13B. Clutched by a survival instinct, the young Evictor grabbed the few swords of his father’s that were not ceremonial, and left his parents with bottles of sleeping pills once the news of T-13 was released on the rapidly decaying television network. A similar situation had arose with the Watcher, and they spent weeks lurking around, gathering a food stock and barely keeping the zombies off them.

They trailed a survivor group for a few days, one that carried a child with them. When they stayed to rest, they witnessed the death of the child’s finder, and when the boy killed the shooter, they killed the rest of them. From the on, they travelled together.

No, I originally had it labeled as WIP. I quoted it over to signify completion, sorry for any confusion.

I believe OP/CO-OP said that pretty much a party of 5 or more people are a "faction.". I'd leave it up to OP's digression though.

Quick question: Are other Colorado towns not mentioned under locations basically just uninhabited ruins? Are some bombed out of existence or something akin to total destruction (e.g. Durango, Pueblo, Canon City, Fort Collins)?

Durango was actually gonna be a settlement at one point. For the most part many of them are abandoned and left to rot, but a few small settlements may still be around. If you think one should be a settlement for plot reasons I'm open, but just ask first. Can't have a hundred settlements suddenly appear, nor should they be large (more than 20 people or so) or too close to Denver. If anyone has an idea for a larger settlement then bring the idea to me and it will likely be added.

Unified Free Lands wrote:Can we make a faction in this?

No factions unless given permission. You can have a couple characters but this is a Character RP first and foremost.

Likes: Being Alone, Physical Activity, Harsh Justice
Dislikes: Criminal Behavior even after civilization has collapsed, Whining, Dishonesty
Fears: Death, Losing his physical ability, being obligated to help others

Bio: Born in the small town of Colby, Kansas near the Colorado Border, Jake never felt at home amongst the orderly small town lifestyle. When he turned 18 he rejected a Track Scholarship to Kansas State and decided to join the Forest Service. He took this path in life because of his perpetual sense of wanderlust, wanting to see nature and escape from civilization. For a number of years he served with a good track record, earning numerous certifications and winning the respect of his peers. At the age of 22 he learned that his Mother had died in a car accident he lost his last connection with anywhere outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. This tragedy turned out to be a stroke of luck, when the disease swept across the planet Jake could happily remain secluded in a ranger station high in the mountains above Estes Park, living off of rations for almost twenty-five years before being forced to leave his refuge. After that he took up a position in the Estes Militia, rarely speaking with other members of the community and trying to remain as distant as possible, it is in this situation that he resides today.

It's been 27 years since the Outbreak. So either he was born after the Outbreak (if he's 24) or he needs to be a lot older. I doubt there are enough rations in a ranger park to last for 25 years. And Life-straws would also not last this amount of time with the filters likely being rendered useless in a year or so. DENIED until fixes are made.

Also, your information goes after the bracket. Everything should not be bold.
