Strengths

• High knowledge of Magic. Knows the in's and out's of most kinds of magic.
• High knowledge of Technology. Knows the in's and out's of most kinds of technology.
• Telekinetic powers. Allows him to move objects about and with his knowledge of science and magic he can use this in very creative ways.
• Flexible Morals and Sanity. Primordial has no qualms with committing acts other find reprehensible and his sanity has been molded to resist intense sudden pressure. Can also be a weakness at times.
• Experienced Gatejumper and Apartment goer. Primordial travels from dimension to dimension for a living and has been part of many other resident adventures.
• Advanced surgically upgraded biology.

Weaknesses

• Knowledge is not experience. Primordial has read a lot about a lot but he hasn't seen most of it. He might have read about "superspecial macguffin X" but he's never used one before and that can be a big detractor from the usefulness of his knowledge.
• Dedication to another pantheon. Primordial is pledged to a very apathetic pantheon of eldritch abominations, so people or things naturally opposed to his pantheon may oppose him if they figure out his allegiances.
• Reliance on Magictech and StrangeScience. Much of the Luxan technology and skills are based on access to strange advanced technology or weird magical phenomena. The technology hurdle is nightmare for them logistically and puts a major drain on their capabilities.
• Biology requires large amount of nutrients. Prove to starvation.

VargQuest character breakdowns of Alexia and Dan.

Alexia.

Pros:

• Ranged magic caster dealing in healing and smiting:
  
  • Healing Prayers to tend to minor, major, and near-fatal injuries
  • Smiting Prayers work exceptionally well against the undead
• Has wand/focus set to help channel her spells efficiently
• Her clothing is 'runed'/imbued with magic to likewise aid her spells.
• Experienced in wilderness survival
• Experienced leadership
• Experienced tactical and strategic planner

Cons:

• Healing Prayers:
  
  • Not suited for dealing with large crowds (like Anais); must prioritize teammates
  • Must maintain her constitution, too many healing spells hurled will tire her, rending her spells useless.
  • Healing Prayers limits her ability to support her allies via Smiting Prayers, Alexia must decide what to focus on
• Smiting Prayers:
  
  • Offensive focused magic, but indirectly. Many of her spells are enchantments placed upon another to help their offensive capability, and if compatible (or GM approved), can change and/or compliment the type of damage dealt to target (in her case, damage type would be considered holy/divine/sanctified/however its defined to use against the undead). Limited direct spells.
  • Smiting Prayers have limited effect on the living, reducing over all effectiveness in assisting teammates' offensive capability.
  • Smiting Prayers are costly whether used on living or undead. Aleixa must prioritize what enchantment(s) to use on whom and maintain said enchantment(s). Maintained enchantments are limited to three individuals without overtaxing her. This also limits her use of other spells due to maintenance and energy cosiderations.
  • Her few direct spells against targets are very close range, leaving Alexia vulnerable
  • Smiting Prayers limits her ability to heal as Alexia must decide between aggressive strength or defensive grace.
• Her clothing is not magical armor against <insert whatever>.
• Lacks knowledge of 'modern' or other tech (her's is roughly equated to the late middle ages/early Renaissance)
• Tactical and strategic experience may be obsolete compared to others
• Very basic self defense capability
• Is not a front-line combatant
• Human, with all its inherent weaknesses, magic considerations aside.

Dan.

Pros:

• Fae: does not require sustenance (but enjoys it regardless), is immortal
• Summer season heightens his over all healing and illusion abilities
• Ranged spellcaster (illusion), keeping him out of the front line.
• Can provide healing support
• Excellent with illusionary spell casting
  
  • Can create convincing illusions that react to all five senses
• Knowledgeable of the Fae courts/culture

Cons:

• Cold iron is a weakness to the fae; Dan is young enough that it can kill him.
• Winter season lowers his overall abilities in healing and illusion abilities
• Close range spell caster (healing), must be within touch
• Limited to healing minor and some major injuries
• Illusions cast upon a larger group has diminishing effects.
  
  • Illusions become less convincing as Dan must be able to balance and focus, confusion can be fatal after all.
• Not very knowledgeable of other cultures
• Has very limited combat experience
• Limited exposure to real life hardships and intricacies thereof
• Lacks self defense skills, reliant on illusionary capabilities and fae physiology
