OPTIONAL SUPERNATURAL CHARACTERISTICS
You have 7 points to spend here on supernatural skills or abilities. Sonic Scream, Levitation, Spell Casting, Shape Shifting etc. Superman MUST have his kryptonite, so Restrictions are what can't they do with their power or what balances it. They can only use it when they genuinely need it? They can't use it for more then five minutes without serious side-effects? Some things are allowed without points. A pegasus has wings thus it can fly. A raptor is fast thus no points are spent in speed. These "natural" abilities should be listed in the character's description, however.

Weaknesses: Healing others is more draining than healing self due Lucius using his own energy force.
Restrictions: Takes time depending on the damage

Strengths: ensnare selected opponent, preventing them from moving.
Weaknesses: strong opponents can break free
Restrictions: has no effect on non magical beings

MAGICAL OR SPECIAL ITEMS

Corrupt Battleaxe - Yes that is a skull in the middle, and yes that thing talks to the person that wields it telepathically, except Lucius, who blocked out it out of his mind..It usually remains a dull metal, but once a year (and until the time the special attack is used) that axe will turn into diamond.

Strengths: Beam of dark energy that is powerful enough to do damage
Restrictions: Limited to once per day; stronger demons and up not affected.
Ability 2: Pure energy
Strengths: Beam of light energy that is seven fold stronger than corrupt
Restrictions: Can only be cast once a year (don't miss)
Ability 3: grappling hook (Git ovah‘ere)
Strengths: Can grapple or impale into buildings or people
Restrictions: limited range of 15 feet

BACKGROUND
Education or Training: basic swordsman skills
Character Background/Biography: Born in 12 A.D,(in a separate dimension from PL) Lucius lived his entire mortal life in the Roman empire. By 16 he would serve Rome for two years in Jerusalem, killing Christ with his hasta, and returning home months later to his sister, who disappeared without leaving a trace except that the home was trashed. He later slept through the night only to be woken up to feel cold, sharp claws that sunk into him like sharp thrones drag him off his bed and into hell. Lucius, armed with only the gladius he slept with, was sent through trials in an arena to prove his worth. If he won, he would live. If he died, his body would be a husk and his taken.

Surviving against lesser demons and ghouls whose only purpose was to be fodder, Lucius faced his final challenge - Minor Sextus Superbia, a supposed second in command of the 6th ring of hell. For 2 hours they fought, only for Lucius to come out victorious when Lucifer took pity on him and threw in a corrupt axe that had powerful beam of dark energy to cripple the demon enough so to where he became unable to fight.Lucius had the chance to kill Superbia, but declined killing someone (even a demon) who was unable to fight; finding it dishonorable. This was his first act of defiance.
An act like this irate Lucifer, who cast Superbia into Lucius, fusing them into the same body, giving Superbia the ability to control Lucius upon will and shape shift into his demonic form on the surface.

Armed with only his axe, he roamed the world with his nemesis, Superbia as means to repay for his defiance. However, this did not stop him from continuing to foiling Lucifer’s plans to bring about the end times.

After nearly two thousand years of wondering, Lucius and Superbia made an uneasy alliance to work together and cast Lucifer off. Their plan was thwarted when he opened a portal in front of him into the old apartment. Spending time there to recuperate, they charged back at the fallen archangel, defeating him in his own domain. From there with the end times coming to an unforeseen end by most, Lucius was finally no longer a slave of evil but a servant, an angel of El_hiem who was tasked with protecting his creation - mankind, despite their destructive behaviors.

For a few years, Lucius has been serving as an angel of death. Nothing spectacular just that he is tasked with, from time to time, the job of reaping the souls of the dead and the rare mentoring from the archangel Azrael.
