Alrighty... I've been out all day, and I've got to finish up some mentor notes for one of my noobles before he heads back to campus. I'll have IC replies up after that.

So in a fit of frustration with unruly hair I elected to shave it all off, and then my razor died 3/4ths of the way through.

I'm going to go throw myself into the freezing Chena river with some cinderblocks attached to my feet, but first, anything I need to reply to IC?

Ah the things of bygone RPs...

"Mushrooms are nice sauteed with butter and garlic, but harvesting them in Swith Witherward can be a dangerous undertaking." She recalled her time spent with the Ambassador's wife last month, the two of them standing with their hands pressed to their mouths in horror as they watched mushroom farmers in biohazard suits fending off wavering tentacles while dodging acidic spore clouds. It was almost a festive dance until a tentacle wrapped itself around a farmer's leg and beat him senseless on the ground. The adult mushrooms were massive but their spawn, small and tender, grew in brown and grey waves at their base.

Alrighty, I am indeed sending a new team in. This is a "supply run" but it won't be for the weak. I've asked Agy if he wants to supply some oomph with Opa, and the General has his powerful armor and sword. Nila's a construct. This might be a good opportunity for the Jedi and Sith to work together.

BUT... this is not for mundanes or weak characters. It will involve action rather than thoughtful dialog. I won't tailor it to benefit a human with a machine gun... not when we have potent sun swords and plasma slugs in our group.

Also, we have two new Residents coming to the Building. Can we have a few characters on hand once they sign the lease? This will get Cat settled into the PL clave, and help NA work his character in as well. TY!

Cat, Cer needs to add your tab to the roster still. Don't worry. I'm sure it'll be up soon.

Hello, guys! I'm sorry, I didn't realize that my limited availability this week would turn into a weeklong break. It is, however, for a good reason in multiple senses of the phrase - the reason is a RL high priority, and the week has gone excellently. I WILL see you Monday, figuratively... So yea, Katyusha is a dimunitive of Katya, which is a pet name of Yekaterina, the Russian form of Katherine.

So Katya - Katyusha (one of my favorite songs) - as well as Katherine, one of Russia's greatest leaders.

Coolio. Just a fun fact. I like it. Russia is a beautiful place. Yekaterina and its dimunitives are pretty names.

@Swith. I'm considering John and char!Bran for a helicopter parts run. Would our resident Jedi be freed up by mid week?

Also, I want to define Alessio better. Perhaps spare Opa from the fuel supply run and send him with Marcus to the Markets? Agy's call, as it depends upon his schedule. If we pull Opa from the Rom/Nila mission, perhaps we can replace him with Mez?

@Slo. You've mentioned having Amanda meet with Ocho or Thad (can't recall which). This week is good for me.

I'm gonna be back in action tomorrow. My entire sleep schedule has been messed up for this past week and its been having a bad effect on my mood and motivation. I'm gonna take some sleep meds and go to bed at a more normal time and see how things pan out tomorrow.
