"That name is stupid." A voice said from behind Kefka. He would turn around and there he was, Infinity in his ghost form. He was less than pleased. "Kefka Kefka Kefka... What am I going to do with you?" He asked slowly.

Conundrum sat there motionless as Saturn left them. He looked at the ground in shock as Gaster ran up to him. "Conundrum? Are you alright?" He asked. Conundrum didn't say anything in response. He pressed a button on the J-S2, and it opened up, letting him fall out of it weakly.

Gaster picked him up bridal style and looked at the group. "We should go. Kefka still has the Timeless Scroll right? We need to stop him." He said. AI heard this through Conundrum's communicator and teleported the group and the damaged J-S2 back to the ship. -I'll get to work fixing the suit. In the meantime how do we find Kefka?- She asked.

There is going to be limitations on diplomatic talks with Aegis, and they’re likely hostile because of Kalos mistake in the camp."We'll have to deal with Aegis once that time comes."

“Doesn’t Clemont have any cool devices for that?” Iris pokes at the door.” He did used a giant robot once.”

Clemont set ups his dimensional teleportation device, and improving the machine at Serena’s Pokemon ranch. Clemont smirks as he is ready to test the teleporter as Bonnie holds one of Serena’s Eevees. He hopes the destination will be the Traveler Serena mention.

“Okay Bonnie, be careful with Snugglebottom.” Clemont watches his sister placing an astronaut costume Eevee.

“Don’t worry Snugglebottom!” Bonnie said with a smile.”You’ll going to be okay.”

“Now Eevee, you’ll be the first to go into another universe in space! This is going to be so awesome for you!” Clemont said. Eevee cries with joy as her body is ready.”Now, let’s do it!”

However her dreams contained images of that man shooting himself, the mushroom cloud, the screams of People and Pokemon, and the weeping Diantha. Cynthia woke up several hours later in a cold sweat, and with tears running down her face.

She buries her head into her hands and fights back more tears. This was absurd, Cynthia was too old for this! She was 27, an adult! She wasn't some scared child who woke up to a thunderstorm, she was mature. That didn't stop the tears from falling however.

Conundrum suddenly saw an Eevee of all things appear on the ship, and he ran over to it and pet it on the head. "Not going to lie here, Eevee is my favorite Pokemon!" Conundrum said as he gushed over the little creature. One could imagine the surprise that Conundrum felt when a voice emanated from the Pokemon.

"If that's the name of your adorable Eevee then yes, they're okay. So Leader Clemont, why is your Eevee on my ship?" Conundrum inquired.

“It’s Serena’s Eevee.” Clemont replied to Conundrum.”I’m testing out the teleportation device so Serena can comeback to help you. That’s all the good news I can offer. The bad news however…” The walky talky went silent for a moment.” Well, the Pokemon world experienced a demonic invasion... “

Serena voice then can be heard taking over the walky talky. “I’m sorry Clemont, but I need to tell them.” Serena then takes a deep breath.”I was left behind when I denied James offer for godhood, and my world suffered! “Serena’s emotions take over. “Where were you guys! I almost died with my friends, and without Arceus intervention, you will never know what happened!”

“I don’t want doomsday to happen again… Heck, Aegis nuked a town, and killed the brave men who fought the demonic horde. Aegis made dead Pokemon into zombies! This is all because of Aegis secret keeping led to the incident. I’m worried that once I return, they won’t settle this diplomatically. I’m afraid they’ll going to stab me in the back once I returned.”Serena then speaks up.”I won’t be alone when I come back, and I’m bring help. The Pokemon World is going to fight Infinity's forces, so we’re going to help cancel the apocalypse.”

"Look, me and my friends will try to fix this conflict peacefully so Aegis won't get in the way." She sighed. "I never asked for this to happen, and so did Diantha."

Diantha was dressed up when she checks on Cynthia. The champion eyes were tired from the endless emails, phone calls, and running around in the town. Diantha moans as she collapse on the bed, handing Cynthia a large bottle of water. "Here, take it." Diantha's Gardevoir on the couch, using the champion's laptop to manage the business side.

Diantha head looks up at Cynthia, shedding a tear as well. "I met the families of the fallen soldiers and citizens here... It is hard not to break down and cry..."

What?! Conundrum listening to Serena's explanation of what happened in her world angered him. Conundrum had been working with Aegis, and they did this?! "Not again..." Conundrum thought. First it was Shadow, then it was Revan, and now Aegis. Conundrum had had it with the multiverse.

"Serena, Infinity almost has everything he needs to free himself. We can't pick you up right now because we're going after the final piece of his freedom before he gets it. I'm sorry." Conundrum explained.

Cynthia took the bottle and drank from it. She wiped more tears from her eyes. "Look at me; I'm blubbering like a schoolgirl who's crush got a girlfriend." She said, sniffling slightly. "We're supposed to be strong for the people... And we're no different than them... Oh Diantha what are we going to do?" Cynthia asked her friend, desperately trying to stop her tears from falling.

“Don’t worry, Clemont ordered his second teleportation device from the Gym. I’ll come help you once everything here is done. I won’t let you down. Oh one more thing.” Serena then added.”Take good care of Snugglebottoms! She can be a powerful ally in your journey.”

Eevee nods, telling Serena she’ll be alright here. “Be a good girl Snuggly. I’ll be surprised if you evolved into Sylveon before Iris’ Eevee does.” The space Eevee takes her first steps on the spaceship, trying to understand the environment she’s in.

“I make sure the people know I’m still there for them, and answering my duties as a Champion.” Diantha stands up and walks over to Cynthia’s side. She knees down, letting Cynthia see her exhausted eyes. “I believe we can connect emotionally to the people this way. We can relate to the citizens who suffered the same pains as we did.” Diantha snuggles Cynthia.

“My assistant help me draft the reconstruction of the region, and now she’s overseeing it. Clemont is working on the teleportor to get us to the Traveler, and a battalion or less will be joining us.” Diantha said.”The full strength of the world still needs preparations. The league needs to pick a champion to lead the campaign.”

After the battle the two monsters and agents let Conundrum be since he had a rough battle. The agents that arrived told them that they already sent probes into different parts of the multiverse to find where Kefka is hiding but even they doubt they would find him before the Traveler.

Once they got back to the ship they were surprised to see an Eevee appear and like Conundrum Reiko and even Alphys surrounded the small Pokemon, both cuddling for being an adorable fuzzy critter. When it spoke Reiko back away in surprise along with Alphys who screamed.

When they began to speak on why the Eevee was hear and what happened to Serena and in her world Alphys gasped in horror, Asgore was shocked and Undyne was furious, all three turn to the agents. "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!" she shouted, spears surrounding the agents.

"We wouldn't use a nuke for now reason!" Jeremiah stated, he knew that there was no point on trying to cover up the fact that a nuke was used since there will be evidence of it's usage. "Every site own by our Foundation as nuclear warheads ready should there be a site wide containment breach and we can't contain all of the anomalies. If we can't secure them than we destroy the site and everything inside and out so none of the anomalies can escape." the older agents explained.

Undyne only pointed her spear at them. "What are you saying? That you guys have the right to blow up a town just because you wanted to take out a few monsters? Give us a good reason why we shouldn't kick all of you off this ship and tell Serena's people to hunt all of you like mad dogs?" Undyne threaten them.

The agents didn't show fear to the fish monster. "Because her story is missing a few pieces. Like what cause the contaminant breach." Undyne asked about the zombies. "Those were probably experiments. If I have to guess they were wondering if Pokemon can still use their powers if they were undead because otherwise I have no idea. I can't tell you what was going on with that group since mines is not a part of them,"

Undyne snorted. "So you people don't even know what your group is doing, sounds like your boss doesn't trust you guys if they are keeping that sort of thing in the dark. I wouldn't be surprised if you bastards were responsible for the demons since you guys have the same magic that Elizabeth has!" Undyne shouted, now accusing them of the invasion as well.

Sudden a rift appeared and more strike force soldiers appeared, all of them having their rifles aimed at Undyne. Without even knowing it one of the agents on the back called for help and help came. "You can say whatever you want about us but we will never use a demonic army to attack people like that!" Reiko furiously shout back. "We didn't know jack shit about there being a demonic invasion, we didn't know anything about Aegis being in the Pokemon world or anything else about that world until now!"

The strike force that was there also had no idea what was going on other than there was a fish woman threatening some of their agents. "Encase you forgot our mission is to defend our world from paranormal and supernatural threats. We are working with you people on defeating Infinity. Sending out an invasion force from hell and nuking random towns doesn't go well with our mission." Undyne chuckled.

"You claim that your mission is to defend people from monsters but you want to know what I think is your group's real goal? I think you guys secretly want to rule the world and either your bosses lied to you or you guys are deluding yourselves into thinking that you people are the good guys." Undyne turn to Conundrum. "So captain what should we do with these guys? Hey Serena maybe you should tell your people to start hunting down these lunatics."

Asgore soon spoke and when he did he carried the weight of authority and intimation. Undyne! We are not going to hunt these people like animals nor are we going to toss them out. You have no evidence to suggest that these people are in anyway related to the demons other than magic and the fact that appear after the demons. It is easy for those claims to paint the picture of them following the demons to contain and banish them back where they belong."

Asgore turn to the agents. "I will not defend you all for using nuclear weapons and I still find the fact that your group uses them deplorable, but I will also admit that I don't know too much on what you all have to deal with back home so maybe you all have no choice but to use them. But I will agree with you all that there has to be a reason why a nuclear bomb was used because you people so far have shown to be a group that doesn't do something without a reason."

Asgore turn to the Eevee and looked at it with a much softer look than what he gave to both Undyne and the agents. Serena, I can understand that a lot as happened and we're sorry we weren't there to help you and your people. But with diplomatic matters like this you can't hold back information that related to something as serious like this or else fights like these will happen. Tell us, did Aegis the nuke for no reason and if these demons have any relations to them?"

Asgore can tell that for now he may have gave the group a few minutes to delay a potential fight but the tension in the room was still high, at any moment something can set everyone off and there will be nothing for him to do to make them stop fighting.

We have magic and demons aren't following us." Undyne mentioned Elizabeth. "Reiko, do you have demons after you?" The woman mentioned she never had a demon follow her back home and that the worst she had were spirits and faeries from sites that she went to during an investigation.

I was so scared… Everyone around me believed they’re going to die to the Daeva...”

Serena is breathing hard as she’s heard the audio clues on what’s happening.”The Kalos soldiers who survived the invasion went to a camp that they believed to be friendly, but really just Aegis as imposters to study the dead on all sides. Diantha handle the matters diplomatically to get the dead Pokemon and citizens back, but… well a private stole the documents about the Rising Darkness, and this gun. I wasn’t there, but the fighting happened once the reports of soldiers were taken prisoner, and others shot by Aegis men. The nuke was the climax… I suppose the Aegis team wanted to keep their mission a secret.”

"The thing about demons is, they only try to forcefully take the weak and uneducated mages, ones that have souls that can twist to their will, I have a feeling that the reason why the demons aren't after you is because monsters have naturally weak souls. Souls that can't be played with without almost destroying them." Flemeth explained. "And who says they aren't following you? Not all demons look like demons you know, and the ones that do don't always show themselves."

Conundrum sat there motionless as Saturn left them. He looked at the ground in shock as Gaster ran up to him. "Conundrum? Are you alright?" He asked. Conundrum didn't say anything in response. He pressed a button on the J-S2, and it opened up, letting him fall out of it weakly.

Gaster picked him up bridal style and looked at the group. "We should go. Kefka still has the Timeless Scroll right? We need to stop him." He said. AI heard this through Conundrum's communicator and teleported the group and the damaged J-S2 back to the ship. -I'll get to work fixing the suit. In the meantime how do we find Kefka?- She asked.

"What are you going to do with me?" Kefka said mockingly as he slowly spun around to the projection. "Nothing, becuase I have the scroll, and you're stuck in the city" He sounded cheerful, but not in his usual manner. He was softer and more collected, only making him seem more menacing insane. "Who do you have left that is loyal to you? Hades? Zalgo had plans to betray you and still does, and Saturn, well... she never had the strength to finish through, anyways. So in the meantime..." He chortled and flicked the projection's nose, making it disappear.

The male demons continued to drool at Ignis, who only rolled her eyes at them. "Boys are such idiots."
Suddenly and veeeerrrry unexpectedly, Quetz grabbed a gun and pointed it at the group of drooling demons, who promptly backed away immediately from the irritated God with the firearm.
"Yeah, my disciple is pretty, so is my shotgun." he growled. "Now move!"
He didn't have to say that twice as the group immediately sped away from the Traveler.
