So, I understand the fundamental right of not liking another person, as I'm a protector of this right by heart. However, if you make a battle happen here, you'll be affecting your main way of roaming around this Earth, which wouldn't bring you any good results."
Shadow had put the new person in the "dangerous" part of his profiles. He would try to solve the situation diplomatically. If not, he would have to take a course of action in order to continue his investigation about the Academy. Problem is: He would have to fight a...god?
Host?
Ha.
This boy is not my host.
He is my plaything, a result of a hate contract.
The god released its grip on Amelia, keeping her from dying.
I will leave you alone on the condition that my toy will leave here in relative peace.
With a flash of light the room was suddenly bigger. A glowing blue line rimmed the area where the back wall used to be, and the room was easily twice as big as before. Another bed sat in this extra space.
Happy?
If anything, Shadow was somewhat impressed. It was clear that he wasn't a literal god, but he surely had powers that could fit in the concept of some gods, like creation, destruction, preservation and modification of space. The sadism showed by the being when it said that the boy was his "plaything" caught his attention. But that was a matter for future investigations.
Shadow was impersonating a villain character, but that didn't stop him from calmly walking to the passed out Amelia, crouching near her.
"Happy? No. But as I said, you have the right of disliking people. Yes, your host will be in relative peace."
Relative was the precise word in that case. Shadow had the habit of focusing in the choice of words of people. This entity chose it well enough. Everyone knew that the boy would be in constant torment, so the relative was masterfully applied. A sign of knowledge, maybe. After his mental notes were concluded, he decided to check on Amelia.
"Ms. Engawa, are you alright?"
