I'm restrained. Chains?

As subtlety as he could, Apostol began to test the strength of the chains, which slightly groaned from the stress it was placed on. Satisfied, he only listened and waited to the woman, planning to cook up a plan on neutralizing her. But when she asked if anyone had question, he had one. "What do I have to do be get a chance of neutralizing you?"

The guard moved to pull her up and take her to the cell, but she twisted her arms in a way that snapped the chain connecting the handcuffs, and then threw a quick jab to the neck of the guard that sent him to the floor. She went into a roll and grabbed his stun cannon, aiming it in the direction of the other two guards and activating it, leaving them dazed enough not to draw their rifles.

Coilin pulled the gun from her using his telekinesis, and brought it to his own hands. And then he shot her with it, and attempted to break her leg like he did to Medium.

Ice was suddenly confused as hell as the lights had their effect on her, but it wasn't a big deal because she wasn't controlling her own movements right now, she was acting on instinct. The telekinesis could be felt, but unlike Medium, she had bones that were like titanium, enhanced by the symbiotic drug that coursed through her body, and she resisted it, slowly moving towards Coilin.

Coilin shot her again with the rifle, and then went for a telepathic response. He attempted to weasel his way into her brain and knock her unconscious with a memory overload, trying to bring up her whole life at once.

"Instead of torture," Nikolai pipes in, "Why not just let me take what is left of their life force and let them revel in their fate with the Dead Lord, offer them a chance of redemption (which won't happen, he adds quietly), and then send them back up here to see if their minds have been, er, convinced...?"

Nikolai gets a message from Franz. "And Franz is scouring Siberia with a brigade of zombies, searching the water, mining the ground, the skies, and roaming the land..."

The second flash of lights put Ice into a half asleep state, but since the Tempo was controlling the motor part of her brain, she simply continued approaching Coilin, eventually standing in front of him and putting her hand around his neck. "Stop," she said simply.

James sighs and is just about to walk away when he sees the right between Ice and Coilin. Almost casually, he creates a powerful time bubble around Ice, which would cause her to heavily slow down unless she broke out. In addition he keeps his hand on the hilt of his daggers saying, "Oh c'mon! Can we go five minutes without conflict suddenly erupting?"

"Don't do this!" Machina yelled at the girl. As he began to transform, growing two more blue arms and his legs transforming into tendrils reaching for as much electricity as he could grab. He punched her hard, hoping to knock her out.

A small amount of blood seemed start dripping from his nose.

Ice put all her strength into picking up the helmet of the knocked out guard, hurling it at Coilin before dropping to the ground, the shock being enough to snap her out of the mode that she was in right now, being controlled by the drug. She wasn't quite sleep yet, but her mind felt numb and she grabbed her head.

Just as this happened, Hayate entered.

"Now, now, now. Why don't we calm down a bit? Coilin, let me handle this why don't you? From the looks of it, you're straining yourself to the point of hurting yourself. Do you think that will help us in the long run?" Inquired Hayate, placing a hand on one of his shoulders, then approaching the girl. The feeling one would get from would be that of a stranger trying to be one's friend, no hint of malice could be felt.

Coilin just reached up and caught the helmet with his hands, his chair moving back a foot with the impact. "Oof!" he said, the blood coming from his nose dropping on it.

"Well... that was interesting. Please tell me they don't have more of you..." he muttered.

I mean he got shot several times." Replied Hayate, As she shifted her gaze from the fallen enemy to James, all the while poking it with the hilt of her sword. Still, all she could was smile at her actions, they had pushed back the enemy of course. "Are you sure I can't just stick this into him? Or maybe cut off an appendage or two? I want to see if he'll scream."

Then, Hayate heard Zuri. At the top of her lungs and delivered with a smile, Hayate spoke. "Right, how can we possibly need someone like her? She's among the weakest links in the academy, who on the first day of their relationship, was bedded. Getting to the point, I don't think anybody would like to fight alongside someone so easy."

Zuri had to use all of her willpower to prevent herself from attacking Hayate. “Just be careful that nobody cuts a more permanent smile into that little face of yours.” She muttered under her breath.

Kractero wrote:"Ignore her," Nikolai says to Zuri. "She's probably joking."

Nikolai walks out from behind debris and the two lovers, where he was summoning the dead. Somehow, after summoning a massive amount of undead to stop the escaping "Geisha" figure, she escaped, defying all odds and winning a gamble that the best gamblers would have not bet on. Surveying the scene, many of his zombies were killed. Many. The few that were left were sent back to the Underworld. He walks to two figures, one of which he faintly knew as Hayate, playing around on a man's body, who was close to being dead. "You should respect those serving their deathbed, Hayate," Nikolai murmurs as she pokes his innards. "You won't understand until you hear them as you resurrect them, cursing you out."

Marissa blushes as she awkwardly backs off again from James, this time blaming it on needing to see if the news agencies she contacted had responded. He had comforted her again about her insecurity, her uselessness, and her losing Benson. She basically told him all about their rel- *THUMP* -her thinking is interrupted as she runs straight into Karl in the halls.

“No she is not. But I...” Zuri took a deep breath. “Don't really care what this girl is saying. She should just be careful with what she says, or she might find a sword in her back.”

Zuri then grabbed Austin by his hand and pulled him out of the room with her. She didn't really let him have a choice right now. “Sorry for dragging you around, but if this girl says just one more word this school would loose another student.” She said to Austin when they reached a more quiet place.

Machina stood over the girl, a mask of electricity over his face. It was barely able to hide the betrayal he felt. "Put her in a cell, we will begin her interrogation soon." Machina had never felt this feeling before, a pain in his chest like his heart was snapping in half, if he had even had a heart. It left a holllowness inside of him.

Anton awoke in chains, staring up at the assassin's leader and surrounded by friend and foe alike. He had originally hoped to get aboard the ship, grab his friends, and get out. But no plan survives first contact with the enemy. He managed to get aboard simple enough, tendrils drilling in and pulling him inside. Unfortunately, it appeared that some of them had been waiting for a rescue party. Anton had already taken out two of these students in the hanger, but it mean that the symbiote was needing to rest. There was no way he'd be able to fight them off and rescue his allies. So it was time for plan B: get captured. And so while he fought them, he allowed the symbiote to be "overtaxed" and taken prisoner. He was worried they wouldn't think his symbol was actually damaged, but the seemed to relish the opportunity to strike him while he was exposed.

So here he was, chained to a chair and being asked if he had any questions. Anton raised his hand, as high as his manacles would allow.

"I've got one. You said you want living weapons? What if I told you I could build you weapons that could seamlessly blend into your students, giving them new abilities and augmenting their existing ones? You've already seen what I did with one. Two of your guys down and I would have taken a third if I wasn't triple teamed."

"Look, I've got no loyalty to anyone here, or to the dumb school. The staff can't protect anything, I've already saved them once, and none of the students really talk to me. Seriously, you got a lie detector or something to back up what I'm saying? What about your psychic? Oh yeah! She was captured. By a gadget of my design." If they scanned him, they'd find he was telling the truth: he was perfectly willing to create more symbiotes for them.

"Also, cause it's clear you want us to kill someone eventually, which one of these assholes fast tracks me from prisoner to assassin?" He eyed the assassins around him. "What'd you say? Wanna make me 3-0?"

Meanwhile, back at the base
The phone in Coilin's possession buzzed to life. When he opened it, a video began playing. Anton was sitting at his desk, addressing the camera with a half-hearted smile. "If you're watching this, then I've either put together a brilliant plan, or my own arrogance is about to get me killed. Either way, I've let myself be captured, so you need to come find me. Fortunately for you, and me by extension, I have a plan."

The top of the phone extended, revealing a shard of Anton's symbiote. "What you see there is a part of the symbiote. See, while radioactive markers can be buried and signals can be scrambled, the suit always wants to be whole. It's part of the reason I can't use clones for my experiments, they have the same genes."

Video Anton picked up the device, and slipped in a piece of the symbiote into the top. "If you can get my general location, this will lead you right to me. Just head in what ever direction the shard is bumping into. Good luck, and try not to let me die, ok?"

Coilin literally kissed the phone. "Thank God for Anton and his back-up plans! I need to get something like that." he muttered, and put the symbiote piece somewhere safe. "Okay, everyone!? We have a lead to their base. Now, we need more information on the base, who's there, and we need to make a plan..."

Machina had never felt this feeling before, a pain in his chest like his heart was snapping in half, if he had even had a heart. It left a holllowness inside of him.

Ice rolled over onto her back and saw Machina standing over her. She frowned, sighing. "I... Couldn't control myself," she said, before closing her eyes and drifting into a meditative state that was in between sleep and consciousness, where she would hopefully be able to drift into her dreams and block out whatever interrogation they were planning to use on her. At least my training was useful for something...

"I will interrogate her, if anyone else wants to help let me know." He said forcefully. Dragging the unconscious girl he muttered under his breath"Sure you couldn't."

"I'll go with you and if you wouldn't mind, could you let me try talking to her first?" Asked Hayate, having been ignored previously, while she followed him. Mostly to see what would happen next, yet in the back of her head, formulating a plan to get back Apostol.

"Don't do anything stupid," Nikolai mutters, loud enough for her to hear. "You specialize in that." He turns to Allison,

She had stayed out of the hanger fight but now saw an opportunity to prove her worth by questioning the prisoners. "your methods more likely to accidently kill them or turn them into vegetables. Give me an hour and I'll have them talking."

"How about we go interrogate someone then?"

"You will always have ultimate control over your actions, trust me I know this firsthand." He said at the girl as he drug her along, purposefully roughly. "What could you possibly want to talk about with this piece of scum?" He asked Hayate
