It might just end up as an alliance. Eggman might even be able to upgrade the Daleks.

Powers and Abilities: Magician, master of manipulation, master of disguise (able to change appearance completely), can create shadow beings from his own shadow energy, can corrupt items/people with his own shadow energy, can create and manipulate the darkness, which can be used to form shadow beings, barriers, thick ooze, shadow water (poisonous, can soak through skin-simply touching it can harm living things), or highly potent poison gas. Wilfre has the ability to fly using magic. Is able to use other forms of magic without his scepter, such as summoning large tridents, summoning meteors, summoning stars, and limited telekinesis. Using his scepter, he can shape shift, summon portals, fire a giant beam, suck the color and life force out of things, and heal himself and others. Additional powers to his staff include other elemental attacks, such as ice, electricity, fire, and light-based attacks.
Wilfre is highly intelligent, with great commanding skills. He has almost limitless knowledge on the subjects of magic and corruption, and seems to have a somewhat higher knowledge of the world around him than the rest of his people.
Weaknesses: Is very cocky, is rather short and lightweight (meaning he is not as physically strong as a human), not trained in hand-to-hand combat (so is over-reliant on magic). Corrupting humans and raposa are more difficult than other (lesser) things. Demigods/other powerful magical people would be even more difficult, and would take a very long time. Machines would be easy to manipulate physically, but he could not use the shadow to corrupt AI. Will go to great lengths to ensure the safety of his wife, Circi. Wilfre, despite being good at thinking on his feet and good at long-term planning when taking the time to think about it, will sometimes do things or make decisions hastily or brashly, which can lead to him throwing a spanner in his own plans and have to think about how to fix it. Is often considered on the wrong side of a moral issue, for the right reasons.

Wilfre found himself waking up...
Strange. He should be dead for a second time.
Why am I alive? Shouldn't this world have...
Wilfre couldn't bare to finish his thought. He opened his eyes and stood up. He noticed something very odd-The entire world around him seemed to have gained an odd filter, as if the world's image was taken by an old camera. some things were kind of blurry, or losing their color. Wilfre walked around his lair, looking around. He eventually got to the grand hall of his castle, where he saw Circi standing.
"Circi!" he said, his walking pace quickening with excitement.
He would get near only to find that she seemed to be petrified. He color grew grey as he approached, and she would be still, as if frozen in time.
What's going on?
Wilfre walked to the other side of the hall, to find his scepter on the wall, drained of color.
Wilfre grabbed his scepter, and it filled back with color when he touched it. He then headed out the door of his castle.
"Don't go anywhere while I'm gone." he yelled back to Circi before the door closed, as a kind of morbid joke.
He walked a while, until he reached the Raposa Village. Wilfre would see that the birds, the trees, and even the Raposa were seemingly stuck in time, and grey, much like his wife back home.
Hmm... Maybe, could this be his subconscious? Could our world have been preserved in a dream-state? I guess it's better than nothing.
Wilfre walked to the town hall, and entered.
"At least this world still has a chance." he remarked, before finding the Book of Life on Mari's desk. Mari was looking through it, frozen in time.
This is so weird...
Wilfre slid the book out from under Mari's hand, and opened it to some blank pages.
"Well, I didn't destroy the world last time, so might as well..."
He ripped some blank pages out of the book, and took a multi-color pen off of Mari's desk, then pocketed them.
He walked out to the Eternal Flame in the middle of town. It seemed to still have its color, and was even still moving, but it seemed to move in slow motion.
"Maybe I can figure out what is going on. I need to fix this. Creator knows I'm the only one with the power to do so... Unless..."
Wilfre looked up into the sky.
"Want to help your creations out once in a while?" he asked, sarcastically. A few seconds passed, before he stopped staring at the still clouds.
"Yeah, I thought not." he mumbled, heading off towards his castle.
However, he wouldn't wind up at his castle. Instead, a sudden portal would open up and suck him into Eggman's Egg Carrier.
What? What just happened? Where am I? Wilfre kept his thoughts to himself, while he looked around the ship. He eventually saw Eggman.
"Hey, you. Who are you, and where am I?"
