Nope, Kyubey's talking to Marie exclusively via telepathy. What Deros said.

By using the Chaos Emeralds, Tails can become Super Tails, the form boosts Tails normal abilities and by using the Super Emeralds, Tails can become Hyper Tails which is just a powered up version of Super Tails (Like Hyper Knuckles is a powered up version of Super Knuckles).

Weaknesses: Tails is afraid of lightning... When swimming he can easily be dragged down. In addition, grabbing onto his two tails makes him flightless for obvious reasons.
