You see not only do you have the many worlds interpretation being real you also have extra dimensions both above and below the base universe/dimension, so the membranes from M-Theory/String Theory is also true. Also when it comes to the powers that can be best described as either gods, cosmic horrors or reality benders they can create baby universes for themselves or even pocket dimensions, hell some of the highest feats of magic there (none of which Elizabeth can't do) allows for mages to create their own smaller pocket dimensions. To go to universe level the mage would probably no longer be fully human at that state.
Should I share this with the others and what do you think of the confusing nation of that Verse? Oh, why do I call it the Gnosis verse even though it acts closer to it's own enclosed multiverse? Because Gnosis Verse sounds better to me than Gnosis Multiverse.

The one that is impersonating as him can change it's form to look and sound like a normal human being, teleport around and be invisible or just hang out in it's own little pocket dimension. In short he is hiding his activities just like everyone else, operating from the behind the scenes and making rare appearances unless it feels like it should. In short if Slendy acts like this one he could fit in.

It'd probably go like this:
Slenderman launched his tentacles and filled the other Slenderman's mind with static.
Slenderman dodged the tentacles and sent his own.
Slenderman dodged and sent more tentacles.
Repeat for all eternity.

That`s Nazi Sky.
But even that head was dead.
Mengele and that other traitor dude had to resurrect it first.
But maybe you get to deal with a completely different Hitler...
