Bit odd how a nineteen year old is a retired/former Church Executor already. :p

Well considering Kirei was an executor at 13, it shouldn't be too unreasonable.

Question: What are the general abilities available to practitioners of the Chinese Taidyoku school of Yin and Yang?

Well martial arts that uses the concept of Yin and Yang(Taiji) often leads to something called Breathing and Walking. Normally all it does is cut down on unnecessary movements, making your body highly efficient. This is what Kuzuki observes when l utilizing his Snake style and the trait Saber picks up on when she senses his walking is extremely trained. However that's all there is to it and just raw martial arts. Being super trained in martial arts also gives you a lot of raw physical stats, considering Kuzuki can punch off a man's head with one hit while not reinforced and so on.

Eastern magecraft in general is very under detailed. It's only recently in the El Melloi Case Files that we get to see examples of them, but even then it's Japanese stuff like Onmyoudo and Senjutsu. One thing to note is that a Chinese magus would have the elements of Metal, Wood, Water, Earth and Fire instead of the Western ones.

His line of school of magic came from Sihr, which is resided most in Islamic world and when his uncle told him that, Stefan realized that what his parents told to him about politics was a mere thing compared to this. His uncle invited him, on his vacation, to learned magic from Sihr with the mission to eventually stop people from trying to eliminate it. Of course, he doesn't has any extreme view that will taints his perspective regarding the magical world, but eventually it will.

He noticed that the Magic Foundation, which covers the Muslim world and Africa, is not involved in the Holy Grail War, in which the only detail he knows is that the grail can granted any wishes. Any wishes, something that sounds remarkably great for whoever who gets it. Eventually he became a proficient master and by that time he was 24, and he returned to Ukraine, now looking different but still felt from Russia's involvement with Crimea and since The Mage's Association also covers Europe, putting two and two together but not knowing whether or not the Mage's Association is involved. Regardless, this made him enraged, and angry with the Mage's Association, putting his goal to be involved in the next Holy Grail War to win the grail and permanently removes any possibilities for Non-Muslim to have magic abilities.

Likes and Dislikes: Stefan is a fan of religion, remarkably knowledgeable in religions that he likes, such as Islam and Sikh, although he closely learned more about Islam and his Sikh knowledge is just knowledge that most which available in Wikipedia and Internet. Of course, he is also a fan of military, specifically military histories of Islamic nations. However, he hates Catholic religion though it is more because it has been associated with The Mage's Association and thus see most of the Catholic as a darker version of religion practitioner, he's not blind to the violence his religion showed occasionally. And he hates cowards.

Personality: Stefan is quite nice, actually, when you know him closely. If not, you may see him as quite of an absent-minded person who speaks without thinking, thus sometimes speaks harshly. And he is one hell of a person who likes lashing out just to expresses his frustrations. Well, not common.

Considering Taikyoku is not even a proper school of martial arts that summary us quite impressive. I would add, though, that practitioners who are proper mages probably also use elements of Qigong.

On a side note, it's important to note that Qi or Chi is simply the Chinese name for Od, which is the magical energy inside a person's body. It's entirely the same as that used by Western magi. All too often I see people thinking Qi is something special but it follows the exact same rules as magecraft unless you're like a heroic spirit tier monster at Liuhe Quan like Li Shuwen.

Where are you getting this? I can't find half of that stuff on the Wiki, either that or I didn't look hard enough.

I don't like the wiki all that much considering the lack of information on it, but it's still surprisingly extensive. Only tends to jump the gun too quickly and codify as canon fan theories and stuff.

Here's the entry on Li Shuwen's Obfuscation.

Sphere Boundary (圏境, Kenkyō?, localized as "Concealment") is a meditatively-based technique by which, through utilization of Qi (one of the culturally-specific names of Od), one may perceive the exact conditions of the immediate environment, and make use of the resulting perception so as to adjust and minimize the noticeability and impact of one's existence.

As the bolded states, Qi is simply another name for Od.

Here's the wiki entry for Od.
Od (オド, Odo?) is the energy found within living organisms such as humans and animals. Once depleted, the Magic Circuits that are stored in the human soul will begin to replenish it. Od is produced as long as one lives, but the amount a person can store varies from individual to individual.

So Qi isn't something that's inherently unique on its own as an energy source.

Master App:
Name: Vincent Valentine
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Image

Nationality/Ethnicity: American
Religion (if any): N/A
Servant: (Leave blank until you decide on your character's Servant with that PC's player)
Catalyst used: (If any. Like Servant, leave blank until you decide on your character's Servant.)
Preferred School of Magic: Elemental, I suppose. Vincent has only one affinity, to fire, one that is particularly strong.
Preferred Class: Someone strong. Someone that complements his raw strength.
Bio: Like most people Vincent barely remembers his youth. He never knew his parents, and grew up living under a roof provided by the Mage's Association, moving from country to country. What promise he showed as a Magus was offset by his lack of interest. His grasps of his own magic was so intuitive that putting an actual effort in honing other skills or abilities felt foreign to him, and eventually his teachers gave up trying. It wasn't until later, during his time at the Atlas Academy in Egypt, that they discovered the origin of Vince's effortless mastery of the element of fire: a reality marble. The Mage's Association attempted to incarcerate him and preserve his potential, but a raging Vincent escaped from their clutches and caused immense damage to the Mage's Association's compound in the process. It was the first time Vince realised the catalyst behind his power: pure rage. The 'honour' of being given a Sealing Designation was nothing but betrayal in Vincent's eyes, and the anger that burned inside of him rages on like an eternal flame.

The Mage's Association's burn notice prompted Vincent to travel on his own and live a life in the underbelly of society. Bluntly put, he became a thug, using his magic as sparingly as possible, knowing full well using it thoughtlessly could draw the attention of the Mage's Association's bloodhounds.

Likes and Dislikes: Vincent appreciates simple things, like a stiff drink or his first cigarette of the day. He dislikes many things, the Mage's Association standing undefeated at number one.

Personality: Despite his perceived ferocity, Vincent doesn't really have a temper - he's almost always angry, or rather, he's bitter. Living as he does, he has nurtured an intimidating presence that is felt by all around him, almost to the point where an ominous heat radiates from him. He is calm. He is collected. For a person who's affinity and Origin revolve around fire and destruction, he's usually quite cool. Of course, below this thin layer of ice hides an active volcano, ready to erupt at his will whenever he considers it justified. Somewhere deep inside of him is a small core that once belonged to a good-natured young man, and he truly behaves kind and respectful to people that deserve it, possibly the most notable trait that distinguishes him from a common piece of trash. His kindness to good people seems like his only redeemable feature, and Vince probably knows that, which is why he holds on to it.

Wish: Destruction of the Mage's Association.

Friend!

Technically we have common goal...sort of. You wish the destruction of the association, I wish the permanent removal of the magic abilities to the Non-Muslim.

Okay, maybe my goal is a little bit stretched out.

Gender: Male
Appearance:

Nah, I'm pretty sure Stefan's goals clash with his, since Vincent has no intention of losing his magic or converting to Islam. :V

Just part of it, I guess. Both of our goals mention the destruction of The Mage's Association at one point anyway. :meh:

Well I mean, if you do, there's nothing stopping Islamic magi part of the Association from coming after you.

But there is still time until they know about my goal, though. There's small chance they will be sympathetic to my goal, even though it serves the greater good.

Well, Islam's greater good.

Very small indeed, I would guess.

And define 'greater good'.
