Backstory:

A native of Wakanda, Sha'Kan was born into and indoctrinated by the Spear Clan, a relatively unknown underground cult within Wakanda that worshiped and praised the spear, seeing it as the most valuable invention in all of human history. To that end, Sha'Kan held and used a spear from the very first day he could walk, training both body and mind to reach physical and moral perfection, hoping to one day gain access to the Spear of Justice. When Sha'Kan came of age, he faced many trials to test his willpower and sense of right, competing with his cousins and relatives on who would inherit the Spear.

After a tough and physically demanding initiation, the Spear of Justice would choose Sha'Kan, and he would adopt the title of Black Lancer to signify his duty to the Spear. Once in possession of the Spear, Sha'Kan was free to pursue any dream he desired, and due to his sense of justice, he sought to become a hero, using his projectile energy weapon to that end, making a name for himself as the Black Lancer, a direct threat to all injustice across Africa.

Powers and Abilities:

• Enhanced Condition: As a result of his upbringing in Wakanda, Black Lancer has physical prowess and conditioning above that of average humans.
• Bolt Projection: The Spear of Justice is actually an energy augmentation to Black Lancer, allowing him to grasp and throw bolts of pure energy, as well as wield them in a fight with proficiency.

Weaknesses:

• The Black Lancer is more or less slightly above a peak human, but that doesn't mean much in terms of healing, durability, and such.
• He has to rely on his spear proficiency or else he may be outclassed in combat.

Destructive Capacity: Town Level

Backstory: WIP, will do later. Basically, she's the adopted daughter of my IJ4 Russian oil magnate and shiz who gifted her a weird Egyptian artifact his team found.

Powers and Abilities: On herself, Maria is as strong as any high school girl. No superpowers, no mutations, no anything.

Weaknesses:

Cube of Dreams:

You need to speak out the things you want to become fact, thinking doesn't do shit. Speaking takes time and Maria is a normal human, so people who are fast enough can speedblitz.

The Cube of Dreams cannot be used to directly affect people other than the user - however, other people can be referred to in the wishes. "X is now as strong as an average human" is a no-no, "I am now as strong as X" is allowed. With this limitation, you cannot insta-win, insta-kill or insta-heal others, so that's important.

Any physical effects on the user dissipate with five minutes. If you say "I can punch through the planet and I won't die while doing it", you'll be planet-tier for five minutes, after which you go back to normal and have to wish again.

The Cube of Dreams cannot be spammed - it has an energy limit, and every wish takes up some of it depending on it's intensity. "I am omnipotent" will, of course, require infinite energy. "I am stronger than X" will require the Cube to use the amount of energy that X can put out. Luckily, the energy slowly recovers over time and the energy limit increases a little with every usage, so that's good.

Plot induced stupidity and plot in general is a major weakness.

Much like the creator, Narmer, Maria is vulnerable to things that can kill a normal person and she isn't aware of soon enough to revert with the Cube. Poisons, bullets, surprise attacks, sudden cold or heat, raining tacos, etc. can take her down fairly handily.

• The Cube of Dreams is composed entirely of Adamantine - the Metal of the Gods that inspired Dr. Myron MacLain to create the famous indestructible alloy known as Adamantium. Adamantine is even stronger and exerts various magical properties - making the Cube of Dreams more or less impossible to destroy or even scratch.
  
• Limited Vocifery - The true power of the Cube of Dreams. The only thing on the surface of the Cube a human can affect is the button at the top, right next to the chain. As long as you are pressing it, everything you say becomes fact - hence the part "Dreams". Well, not EVERYTHING - the Cube has it's limitations that have been listed in the weakness tab. Maria discovered this power on accident - while she was trying to figure out her father's gift, she pressed on the button while saying "I wish I knew what this thing does..." to herself and BAM!

Intelligence: Standard homeschooled 16 year old girl. She does have some expertise in using the Cube and even knows a few tricks to optimize usage.

Jane and the other two escaped, managing to leave behind the compound after turning their skills against their once masters. However one of the two has been confined to a wheelchair after his legs were blown off, and the other booked herself a spot in a mental hospital.

Jane still visits both of them. She works various jobs, though has a vested interest in using her abilities to learn whenever she can. She practices almost obsessively, almost like the people who captured her might come back one day.

So I joined up. After a little while though I kinda got bored of their training, and decided to become a superhero... I mean how hard can it be?"
