I'm gonna do a mini-arc with one of my characters, but i need to know who to involve for it.

I'm calling it, "March of the fishies". It's gonna be random.

Who wants to get involved? I am not telling anyone what it's about yet so you have to decide without knowing ^^. And your char has to be on Earth and not in the middle of something gigantic preferably.

Time for Mani's defensive post.

First and foremost: He has displayed the ability to summon matter from naught on the scale of a galaxy, barely breaking a sweat. [Feat]
He has the capability of forming super-sized Nega-Bombs. Regular Nega-Bomb wiped out the entire Kree empire in the comics. Manifest's are several times more powerful than that. [Feat]
He has lost all restrictions on how often he can summon something and in what quantity. He could do nothing but summon hundreds of Nega-Bombs for hours and he wouldn't care.
He now has the combined psionic resistance of Hadrimmelis' power (World-Dragon), his own (God of Fragments), and the Manifest Blade (AI entity older than the Universe).
He single handedly wiped out an entire Reach invasion force. One such Reach invasion force was capable of stalemating the entire GL Corps in pre-history in the comics. [Feat]
He has complete control over every molecule he summons, along with innate knowledge of use of every weapon and object he summons.
He managed to kill a White Lantern. [Feat]
Single-handedly took out Warworld and a clone of Mongol. [Feat]
No need to eat, sleep, or drink.
Capable of splitting his consciousness into countless Fragments, each of which has a portion of his power. No known upper limit. (This weakens his psionic defences, and he now prefers to avoid this entirely, if possible)
Created 1:1 replicas of the inorganic portions of the homeworlds of 80% of known sentient life, along with their solar systems, in the same instant he created the galaxy-sized construct. [Feat]
Puts off almost as much ambient energy as a cosmic cube.
Took out Lobo by shoving him in a black hole.

Backstory: Jane Wolf was one of twenty children taken from their parents and put into a compound by a mysterious group. Each underwent surgeries, trials and conditioning as they were molded to become killing machines. Six died during the surgeries, their bodys not able to handle the pain and the changes. The mental conditioning left two others mentally broken, little more than vegetables. Five more fell to the trials, three more committed suicide, and one simply disappeared. Jane and the other two escaped, managing to leave behind the compound after turning their skills against their once masters. However one of the two has been confined to a wheelchair after his legs were blown off, and the other booked herself a spot in a mental hospital.

Jane still visits both of them. She works various jobs, though has a vested interest in using her abilities to learn whenever she can. She practices almost obsessively, almost like the people who captured her might come back one day.

Despite her abilities, she can still be felled by normal means. She can't do anything too superhuman like dodge machine gun bullets or lift cars.
Her tactical analysis is poor when it comes to considering teammates, as she is traditionally a lone wolf. She knows how to plan for a fight or even more complex things like a trap or smoking a target out, but typically her tactical knowledge does not extend much further.
She has a nasty phobiia of spiders.

Lifting Strength: Class 1

Striking Strength: H

Standard Equipment: Sometimes carries weapons.

Luckily no one was hurt, and this bald guy with an eyepatch and a red haired lady showed up at my place afterwards. They told me they could train me to become a superhero! It sounded awesome. So I joined up. After a little while though I kinda got bored of their training, and decided to become a superhero... I mean how hard can it be?"

She also heals herself via explosions,
Sneezes, farts, and combustion all count as explosions.

Weaknesses:
Addison can only effect existing explosions and not make ones herself.
She's a little girl. So there's that.
