Based purely on martial arts ability? Snake. All else considered, gadgets and what not, Bats.

Vegeta actually is a pretty decent dad from what I gather, especially for a Saiyan.

Hiroshi's parenting issues stem from his upbringing in a way. His Daddy was an asshole who mentally and physically abused him. So, the parenting style he's adopted is a hands off sort of thing, almost detachment from Tomia in everything but extreme cases.

So I tried to come up with a series of matches for him.

And honestly, I believe Snake is one if the best characters to take the win. From his sheer combat experience, ninja training, expert skill in lethal weaponry both guns and blades he is simply better suited.

As for Batmans gadgets, they normally work but the training and experience Snake has, I feel like he could avoid or simply Batman's tricks would not be effective against him.

And we'll of course, the other strong warriors from the timeline.

Their three Saiyans born in a timeline, where among other things, Hiroshi became the first SSj and killed off all threats to him, later conquering the universe. The three Saiyans are Okarot and Hiroshi's kids.

They eventually peace said timeline, traveling through different timelines in an effort to become strong enough to usurp their parents, or at least that's one goal. Each AU I make, or plan on making, might just be a timeline they're going too, in the days and weeks before they arrive.

To be fair, Parker is... Different. If he really put his mind to it, I can't think of anyone who could take Spider-Man down, should Spidey utilize all of his available resources. I mean, Parker Particles? And how many different types of webbing does he have now?

Spidy was bound to win with spidy sense alone. Batman two battles were rather unimpressive to me, and I believe there were many more suitable opponents for that match up. To me Spidy was obviously too much for Batman and the Cap American battle seemed very rushed.
