Marcus Baston was a Very Kind and Polite child growing up, being born to Thomas and Alena Baston they raised him to be very good child. growing up, Marcus took a very great liking to the culture and history of knights, aswell as the concept of Chivalry. Marcus' Parents, most notably Marcus' father ran a Robotics and nanotechnology firm known as "Cryotech". Cryotech had amassed a very large fortune for the company, prompting Marcus' father to plan to give Marcus a job at the company, and eventually, pass the company reigns onto him when he would grow of age. however an event in Marcus' past that would change him forever, Marcus' mother was killed by Robber whilst visiting the Chicago National Bank.
Marcus was changed by this event, every year, every month, every day since then he wanted to capture the thug who'd killed his mother. Marcus devoted his school and college years to criminal justice & investigative detective classes. when Marcus had spare time off, he'd take fighting lessons, learning not only conventional attacks, but diffrent types of martial arts. Marcus' father saw this change, and knew Marcus would eventually go down the road of a vigilante, so one day he sat Marcus down in the living room with him and chatted.
Marcus' father explained, that if Marcus really wanted to avenge his mother and be a symbol against criminals, he'd need to become more than a revenge seeking Vigilante. Afterwards, Marcus's father offered to help craft Marcus a suit, a symbol, To become more than just a vigilante. Marcus developed the suit, granted his father's research and cryotech's capabilities, he was able to build the armor into a fierce machine.Nearing a year after Marcus received his father's help, They saw on the news that robbers from the same group that killed Marcus's Mather were robbing the Chicago National Bank. Marcus suited up in the Suit, which had been built and looked like a black knight, Marcus used two he suit's mobility capabilities to quickly get to the Bank. Marcus wasted no time, using the suit's protection, aswell as his own training, Marcus quickly took down the Robbers with no hesitation, and no trouble. Marcus left the bank as the police arrived, under the identity of what the police now call simply "The Knight".
Marcus and his Father work together at the company, aswell as keeping Marcus' Secret as that, a secret.
Year 1
The Knight's first year as The Knight was rough, He was inexperienced of the crime in Chicago, and how badly it had fallen. The Knight started out by attacking the small criminals and working his way up, rumors spread of a Knight Vigilante in Chicago. The Corrupt Police Commissioner and his group of corrupt higher ups quickly attempted to attack The Knight, attempting to set up traps and ambushes for The Knight. The Knight evaded the first 10, quickly learning the identities of the officers and being able to avoid them, or at the very least, ambush the ambushies and shut them down. The Knight came into contact with Detective John Brakenbrook, a Police Lieutenant, who seemed to be one of the only Non corrupt Police on the force.
The Knight's first year hit a high point, when he was ambushed by 5 Swat teams and was forced into an abandoned building. The Swat commander was ruthless in his career, putting civilians in danger as well as essentially waging a war with his men. The Commander meet his match, after the building was attacked with Thermite bombs, The 5 swat teams were sent in. The Knight attacked from the shadows, taking down the Swat Team members at first using stealth tactics, and then using Smoke and flash bangs to quickly take out the Swat members in fast submission. by the end of the brutal fight in the building, The Knight took down the Swat Commander, throwing him out of a boarded up window, after The Detective saw The Knight appear and vanish, The Public backed the mysterious Vigilante who took down Braden the Ruthless Swat General. The Detective and The Knight earned a mutual respect relationship, working together on various occasions.
Year 5
5 Years into Dark Knight's Carer, Dark Knight had dismantled the entire Mafia branch inside chicago, along with putting away over 2,000 Criminals. The Knight was targeting the Cartel drug trade within Chicago, following the trail all the way to San Andres. The Knight began to go to work on the Cartel members in San Andreas, tracking each of them down and taking them out of the game. The Knight was intercepted by Titan, after a scuffle that forced them botht o a standstill, The Knight and Titan reached a mutual understanding. they formed a temporary alliance, hunting down and taking out the Cartel Titan had been fighting for over 2 years. After they had taken down the Cartel trail that had plauged Sn Andreas and Chicago, The Knight and Titan departed, with Titan promising The Knight help if he needed it. In an attempt to ease the Gang and Mob attacks in CHicago, Thomas Branston, Marcus' Father attempts to make peace with the mobs, but ends up being murdered in a hit and run attack in front of Cryotech's Headquarters.
Later that week, Dark Knight personally hunted down all of the gang members involved with the hit, and beat them into the ground. Dark Knight also tracked down the mob leader Thomas Branston attempted to contact, and broke down his entire criminal hierarchy, leaving him hanging from a light post in front of the Police Headquarters.
Year 7
7 Years into Dark Knight's career, he Came into contact with Titan again, in one of many interactions between the two. Titan and Dark Knight were working on tracking down a Metahuman gang leader, who'd been terrorizing people across the United States. Titan and Dark Knight bonded during this time, Discussing and Learning more about each other. They finally tracked down the Metahuman leader, he had Super Strength, Enhanced Durability, aswell as being able to fire Energy in a beam. while Titan and the Leader duked it out, Dark Knight fought off the strangely armed cronies of the Man. It wasn't until He revealed The metahuman wasn't of this earth when he produced a Dathomiri Blade, runnign Titan through the stomach with it. The Metahuman fled through a portal with his men.
Dark Knight quickly called in an early version of what would be the Destroyer, bringing Titan back to the Branston Estate house and, though just barely, patching her back up. When she awoke, Dark Knight revealed he was indeed Marcus Branston, and through the weel Titan spent healing up, they spent time together, with Dark Knight crafting a suit to help Titan, aswell as helping her strategize with her abilities. Titan departed from Chicago, Catching Dark Knight off guard by giving him a Kiss and leaving. Dark Knight continued to Ponder where the Metahuman had fled, it wouldn't be until 3 years later that he would find out.
Year 10
Dark Knight started off the year sucessfully peaceful, taking down criminals whereever he saw fit, though The Knight encountered little resistance. Dark Knight had, so far, cut down all crime in Chicago by 55%, and even then was sending the remaining Criminal Underworld running in fear. Dark Knight had not addressed on the current Superhero registration act, as many in Chicago still debated whether the Vigilante existed. However Dark Knight would be put to the test, when a Metahuman from San Andres would take notice of his Darker superhero acts, and would set off to face him.

Connor was born a with magical gifts. His parents had taught him over the years to control and hide his powers from anyone. Their secrecy ultimately led to their deaths. Connor was then hunted because of his abilities, to which he had to run away and be alone at age 17. Connor lived on the streets for the next 3 years, under overpasses, in alleyways, not being able to find a place he could stay. However, when Connor was 20, he was able to apply for a job on an oil rig, in which he was able to sleep in the barracks, and work around the rig helping to maintain it.
Connor worked on the rig for about 4 years, until one day the rig had a pipe explosion, the eruption caused the rig to lean to it's right side, and many of the lower decks caught fire. Connor quickly zipped around the ship, ripping open melted doors to save trapped workers, with his immense superhuman endurance protecting him from the flames. However, Connor faked his death as the rig collapsed, to cover him being spotted with his powers. Connor drifted around again, finding himself working at a Truckstop, things went smoothley, until one truck nearly pushed Connor over the edge. However, Connor stood his ground, walking outside and leaving the truckstop, however leaving the Trucker's rig a bent mess.
years later, Connor saw the call to action when an Alien Warlord named Catarock invaded Earth, in that event many heroes rose to the call of arms. Connor defended the West Coast, stopping many Dathomiri from harming innocents and holding the line until the JLA could reach them. In recent years, Connor has gone to college, and is a Prominent Government official for California, all the while being the Superhero known as Guardian.

How Cataclysm fits into reboot:
Basically, Cataclysm would have been the same Invasion from Dathomir, however my characters wouldn't have taken the role they did before. Aswell, the Dathomiri were repelled, however Catarock survived the Invasion.
