Name/Alias: Daystar

Gender: Female

Age: Same age as her brother, Nightstar

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): http://safebooru.org//images/1611/8b5c0 ... ng?1687865

Species: Novakin

Backstory: Daystar is one of the two known Novakin in the universe. He along with Daystar, were born from the supernova of a star that destroyed a solar system, from that massive destruction was born miraculous life. They landed on some far off planet, where they were discovered by the local population who were aliens known as the Zeliuh. The Zeliuh were the dominating empire on the planet, and they were in awe of the beings that fell from the sky. They raised them up as living gods, and erected statues and temples in their honor. They were raised in unbelievable luxury and though they were kind in their youth, the two deities became, arrogant, spoiled, and cruel. They began treating their subjects as playthings requiring more and more elaborate gifts and sacrifices made in their honor. This escalated to to the point where the Zeliuh rebelled against their gods, and began tearing down their statues and temples. Thought the rebellion was put down, it made the two Novakin realize their mistakes and in their shame imposed a self exile, deciding to leave for a random planet to learn more about themselves and to become better rulers.

Daystar is bold and confident, as well as being Charismatic. However she is hot headed and prideful, as well as being rather lazy at times. She's used to lording over other beings, and so can be quite condesending.

Nightstar and Daystar are not biologically related, however they are quite close and basically act as siblings, seeing themselves as equals and two sides of the same nuclear coin.

Powers and Abilities:Plasma manipulation and generation, ability to create nuclear fusion and fission, anti matter manipulation, ability to absorb nuclear energy and use it to heal themselves or release it as an attack or to propel themselves in flight.

Powers and Abilities: Plasma manipulation and generation, ability to create nuclear fusion and fission, anti matter manipulation, ability to absorb nuclear energy and use it to heal themselves or release it as an attack or to propel themselves in flight.

Weaknesses: If they absorb too much energy they could become unstable, require energy for high level attacks.

Destructive Capacity: Star

Speed: Mach 1000

Durability: Continent Level

Lifting Strength:Class 5

Striking Strength:Class KJ

Standard Equipment:Nothing in particular

Intelligence: High, but relatively uneducated

Optional stuff.

Is it okay if I have a fight between Gravity and Deathstroke maybe two weeks before now? After that I'll write up Gravity narrowing down where to find Carter, only to show up too late to stop the fight, if that's cool w/ you, Rebel. If you want, I can just write the fight solo, or you can write for Deathstroke if you want. If possible, I'll have Gravity confront him on a mission, probably somewhere like the outskirts of New York.

That sounds good to me.

Can you write Deathstroke? That is, are you familiar enough with the character to be comfortable writing him?

If you need advice just ask me, but I am fairly busy atm so it would help if you wrote the fight.

Cool. I think I'm going to have Gravity hire somebody to hire "Killswitch" to take out Gravity, after realising it's the only way to draw him out. Unfortunately, the guy he hired made a big mistake.

Now, off to watch the first episode of the latest season of Death Battle and then start my post for Killswitch.

So, Zen Buu vs Valka. Seeing as how there actually are people who think that the latter would win, I will take Buu's defensive post and spend it here. The three main things that people need to remember about Buu are his versatility, his intelligence and his endurance - and, in my opinion, these are the things that give him the edge against Valka.

Versatility. Majin Buu is quite literally composite Infinite Justice (the roleplay) - he has absorbed the entirety of an entire alternate universe and it's versions of our characters, and thus, his powerset is almost certainly one of the most, if not the most wide and hard to approach. While yes, he commonly uses energy blasts, beams and other types of ki attacks, but that is because he holds back against opponents much weaker than him and doesn't kill them outright. He has shown the ability to teleport, use a somewhat high level of psionics, absorb energy, he has gravity manipulation, elemental manipulation, a scope of magic... and thanks to gaining the memories and knowledge of his absorbees, he doesn't have difficulties using all these powers.

Intelligence. Thanks to absorbing so many people and gaining all of their intelligence, tactical prowess and memories, Buu is definitely in the top league of the most intelligent and strategic villains. He has been shown numerous times to be able to determine a character's strengths and weaknesses by analyzing them fight, and can use them for his own gain. While Zen Buu is cocky, unlike other arrogant types, he is willing to swallow his pride in order to gain a tactical advantage, like how he started "pleading" Xander for mercy to get him to drop his guard and absorb him.

Endurance. Even a normal Majin Buu's regeneration is atomic level - and thanks to absorbing so many other regenerators, it has even been amplified, to the point where it is practically impossible for someone around or even somewhat higher than him in destructive capacity to obliterate him. It has been stated by Itaku that Kid Buu would be able to survive a universe-busting attack - and that Buu was weaker. And hell - that's just one Buu. Throughout Ultimate Majin, Buu has been shown to constantly duplicate himself as a tactical advantage - if he gets obliterated, he will always have a spare (such fighting style was shown when he faced off against Xander). And even that is not all. Buu has also been shown to be able to use Max's Absorption Shield due to absorbing his AU counterpart, though he doesn't always keep it on - but, much like he used it to absorb one of Xander's stronger attacks to avoid disintegration, he can use it to easily take attacks that could actually kill him.

In fact, the only way Zen Buu has actually been defeated was by destroying his soul and thus erasing him from existence. Y'know, like how Garnet killed Garlic.

Can Valka beat all that?

*drops mic*

Of course, but Pant needs some more time to establish Dark Star and Killswitch is tied up for a while.

And HOLY HELL! That was a great way to start a new season of Death Battle.

Dante vs Bayonetta has been a fight I have wanted to see for a long time now.
