Military Organization: How is the military organised?
The military has four ranks: Conscript, Dedicated Conscript/Archer, Militant/Cavalryman, and General/Admiral
The smaller armies of the State are divided into: Tro: 10 men, Troas: 20 men, Trostion: 40 men, Centur: 50 men, Qu-lad: 90 men, Shek: 100 men. While the larger armies of the state are divided into: Shekeki: 300 men, Gui-Qon: 600 men, Centart: 900 men, and Legio: 1000 men. Conscription is a yes and encouraged. Anyone willing to serve can serve.
Army: Some 3000 regular infantrymen, 3000 archers, and 2000 cavalry. all ready to wreck your stuff.
Navy: Some 100 regular warships, 50 heavy warships, and 200 transports. And yes, my navy is larger than my army, technically.
Air Force: WAT?
Space Fleet: WAAATTT???

Economy: Nearly everyone has a job, unemployment is nearly non existent! The jobs are many! And income inequality is nearly nonexistent. Everything here has at least a: For the moment, Yet, etcetera....
Infrastructure: Most of the roads are just intentionally buried rocks, with some being gravel, and a few areas near the forests being just clearings. Things are built nicely, but there is always the risk of collapse. We are mostly spread out, but we try to build upwards, to the collapse of the building being built.
Trade: Any first contact with a new nation, we trade anything that we can trade, then they will trade something we don't have, then we turn that something into really something special, or make a tech out of it.
Currency: It's bullion, but instead of gold, we use iron and copper, and the highest quality of bullion is silver, gold is illegal.

History: Some old empire expanded here, then oppression of the Syth began, it was a very intense oppression, as in slavery, this lead to the massive rebellion of the Syth, we kicked them out of the area, then we become independent, then we expanded to our neighbors, that other Greek state is our rival probably. This is our history, in a nutshell...

Name:Kingdom of Hayme( pronounced: Aye-May).
Symbols: We have no flag, coat or arms, or banner but a cloth hung over the capital with a green strip down the center is the closest we use to any of these. It's to represent to the Freshwater Crocodile that inhabit the territory.

Government Structure: The government is a chiefdom with the seat of power being in the area of RL Manila. The tribal center is called Hayme and the kingdom is named after the defacto capital.
Ideology/Policy: As of now the Hayme is going through a slow transition of trying to build a more centralized state. As such the ideology is shifting to that of a despotism, the strongest city in the country being Hayme is now focusing on strengthening its territories.
Leaders: The king of Hayme is called the Ohwa(O-Wa). This title can go to both female and male and is given to either the first, strongest, or only child of the current Ohwa. The Ohwa is expected to keep order in Hayme, mostly by enforcing the tribute system in the area as well a waging war to legitimize their authority.
Foreign Relations:Those beyond the borders of Hayme are placed into two classes. Hamak and Yhgma(A-Mak and Yeg-Ma). Hamak are those who live in the RL Philippine isles but aren't under the control of the Hayme, it translates to,"Our family". Yhgma would be those who live outside the isles. Not much of them is known but the word Yhgma comes from an ancient legends telling how Hayme was formed.
Capital: The defacto capital is Hayme as it is seen as the mother tribe among the other territories. Small wooden houses surround the area with spearmen overseeing around the area and protecting it.

Demographics: Along the isles approximate estimates are 90,000-175,000. Off that 4%. 40,000 of the populace is in tribal city of Hayme. Three distinct tribes encompass the territory the Owm, Nyhegvar, and Kowm(OM, Neg-Far, and K-om). The Owm are the highest percentage of the population roughly encompassing 51% of the demographic the Kowm encompassing 29%.
Ethnicity: The ethnic bloodline can be traced back to the early migrations from Africa as well early migration of Indochina.
Language: The language is called Hamak(Ah-mak). Ha translates to spirit and Mak translates to speech.
Religion: The shaman is the religious authority in the isles. Animalism is the dominant religion with the crocodile being seen as a symbol of strength and power and the eagle being seen as one of royalty and control.

Along with this their dress is light as to maintain speed and mobility, elite warriors called the Yhamheg(Ya-Meg) often only utilize the spear as well as a small dagger. Spear fighting is seen as an essential talent for both hunting as well as fighting and focus is put on keeping strong mobile units to out pace the opponent.
Navy: A navy doesn't exist, but ship making does as they're used to move around the various isles.
Air Force: No airforce.
Space Fleet: No space fleet.
Economy: A barter system is used though seashells are used as common practice to aid in transactions.
Infrastructure: Around town centers farms can be seen as more common as well as on the coast fishing villages common. Walking paths have been constructed, but only in important cities such as Hayme. Carvings on rocks as well as trees are used to show and lead to these cities and villages as they can be spotted most the time from a vantage as they have a white cloth with a green stripe going down the middle.
Trade: Trade is kept in the isles for the most part fish and rice as well as wax and other goods. fishing villages are seen as essential as they produce fish as well as give access to ports which are used to maintain control as well as export between the islands.

From here the village would grow and would spread out through the small territory conquering and assimilating other tribes, soon spreading beyond the reaches of the main isles onto the others. As the small tribe grew bigger and bigger it would then form into a kingdom the descendants of Hayme claiming power as the source and lifeline of the isles. The community would remain isolationist for fear of the Yhgma. The tail goes the isles were once parts of one entity in the worldly plain called Ha, but that one day dark forces manifested themselves as giants and stomped the Ha into smaller pieces causing the islands to form. These dark forces were called the Yhgma and that the ancient god Havi pushed the smalls isles away from the crumbling landform for the safety of her children. This mindset of being the only people has lead to hostile stance towards outsiders but an ironic curiosity of them as with each passing day and night more questions grow of the those who live in the remnants of Ha and what happened to the ancient landform.
Miscellaneous: Anyone can technically become the Ohwa. They just need the challenge the Ohwa in a duel and win though this isn't as common as one would think.

This is an excellent application, for maybe five hundred years from now- it seems the Filipinos didn't really use metal technology until about 500 BCE, and didn't form anything larger than nomadic bands until about that period. Having a vaguely centralized government and cities five hundred years before villages formed comes across as iffy.

I think of it more like the greek city-states period. Hayme is the lead tribal center just because their able to assemble a force when needed. The spearheads aren't metal either their made from stone as for the villages their really just fortified tribal areas. A more advance state like China or Korea would outlcass us by leaps and bounds.
