I'm not sure, I have yet to see a decent changeling adaptation of the Fallout Equestria series. I'd have to go with a no, because their strict diet on love would be a scarcity among the wastes save for those few who lure ponies into their lives as lovers.... or are rogue succubi.

Seriously, now that I think of it, those poor bastards would be almost extinct.

A changeling or two is fine, no harm of having a spy inside. The Syndicate will make a decent starting antagonist throughout the first part of the story arch.

Personally i don't like the other story's nor have a read them, and oozy why cant i have that person, yes their is the goddess but who is saying the only real Alicorns whir princess Celestia and Luna. is it impossible for their to be other things like a being of fear, and what about discord, you can't actually kill him, he is a spirit and the embodiment of caos its self, and yes it was not mentioned but tirek still would exist in the fallout universe because he was in mlp t1, 2 and 3. he showed up as an evil that turned people into monkeys. after that their was this evil goat god thing. so can i not have an evil alicorn that is the embodiment of fear and likes to pit others agenst each other because he has no way to destroy the planet. just think of it as an evil narrator type deal or something like that. he would make it look like their was a pony some wheir and causes and effects happen and now their is a shit ton of legendary gouls chasing down some poor soul that was in the wrong place at the wrong time, oh and in fo4 i had to get a pecie of tec for my first mission from the femal scribe and their was a creator with a prutrid glowing one and a bunch of strong gouls and i knew their wheir synths in their path so i got the hord to use their AI's to find the best way to get too me and it caused them to run into the synths which some how took down the legendary goul and all of the weaker ones. anyways i hate the glowing ones. thy are very hard to kill and as a lvl 12 in survival mode, i was one shoot-ed a lot. i went to the gunner plaza with the cryo gun and the first power armor and got rekt by the turret out side. and the mini nukes and missls. any ways, do you think its ok to dupe missiles, i would dupe the cryo fuel cells but it takes too much time. i only ever duped once because its very hard and i only got one bullet back and im like , i wanted to dupe fuel cells. i wish i find a way to charge them or something, tell me what you think.

Well, the reason that those characters from the main story (save for the Goddess and Steelhooves) aren't here is because this is set around a century before the story started. Littlepip and her crew haven't been born yet, except for Steelhooves, who would be in a different part of the wasteland anyhow. I don't think that a God of Fear isn't necessarily feasible, though it's still a very big stretch, it's that your character just wouldn't fit into the theme of this RP. A roleplay is essentially cooperative storytelling, but it's hard to enjoy doing your part when there's this God of Fear who's essentially untouchable. An RP is meant to be fun for everyone, and a character that can act with impunity kind of kills it. Honestly, he'd make a better NPC, if at all, and he would have to be handled with very tender care... But like I said, a God of Fear doesn't really mesh with the Fallout Equestria universe anyhow. As soon as we bring in these crazy metaphysical powers, the wasteland becomes a little less post-apocalyptic.

lol, crazy powers, this is a land of talking horses that can walk on clouds, move the sun, and than their is discord, tirek can steal magic and become stronger, crystals can steal love and make magic out of it.

Keep in mind, anything post season one of the show isn't considered canon. There is no Tirek in Fallout Equestria, nor is there Discord. Neither were even mentioned once in the original fic. Walking on clouds isn't exactly an OP ability, especially considering it's a racial trait of a type of pony that are very rarely found in the wasteland itself.

Also, I don't think you understand when I say that your character is too overpowered. The shadow magic isn't the problem, it's him as a whole. If I recall the details of your app correctly, he causes ponies problems, and remains hidden unless he has to do something. He'd be doing the OP and Co-OP's job. If you were to scale him somehow, that would work better.

Instead of being an incredibly powerful being of fear, why not a ne'er-do-well troublemaker, feared by the common wastelander?

I was not aware that Discord appeared in Project Horizons, however, that doesn't mean you can play the 'embodiment of fear'. The issue is not that a being of fear is totally unlikely, it's that a being a fear is far too overpowered to be played in an RP.
