Confusion abounds, probably. Due to Julie (thats the Quebecois girl's name) having a straight and narrow approach to gender, would probably confuse either Sam being with a boy as being gay, or Sam being with a girl as being a lesbian.

Quebecois Catholicism has a big no no on the afromentioned relationships, and she always carries her French bible around.

Saying that, there's a bit of a difference between Metropolitan French (spoken in France) and Quebec French. Like, for example, the word "char" means chariot in France but car in Quebec. Here's a few examples (warning: TV Tropes) if you're wondering.

P.S. I'm not sure what Peter would do, mostly because he very rarely socialises outside his little circle unless he absolutely has to, but I do know that Erin would call them "cuz" (similar to her calling males "bro" and females "sis") and ask if they're something like a fa'afafine. Both of them probably wouldn't really care that much about what gender they are, though.

Techically, not to nit pick, there are 5 French speakers since the 2 Anglo Canadians speak English as their first and French as their secordary, somewhat.

There's a massive party going on Olivia's that's about to be ended by the police. There was also a street race which just ended (with Jake being the winner) just in case you can get any mileage out of that.

If parties aren't your thing, then don't worry. Erin (one of my characters) is outside, chilling with Conner; she probably won't mind if Sam joins them, especially since I'm waiting for Theyra to get back to me (I should probably send him a TG or something). If there's anyone out there needing a roommate, then you can go to your dorm and have a talk with them. I'm pretty sure there's more people out and about but I can't think of any at the moment.

I'd imagine they are in the male dorms and thus take the last male slot, unless I'm mistaken. Though, I could be wrong about that.
